Spell Mastery: Cast your Rote spells at their lowest Circle
once per day. Your rote spells now include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and
4th Circle, so you get to cast 4 spells per day without
spending a slot. It’s not as good as the 2014 version of Spell
Mastery, but the 2014 version was insane.
Epic Boon: Adds a chance to recover an expended spell slot
once per short rest when you cast an Arcane spell. It’s
unpredictable, but recovering a 9th-level spell slot is going to
feel awesome if you’re lucky enough for it to happen.
