HOSTEL ADMISSION

PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS

Hostel Booking Request


Step Student will raise the Hostel Booking

Request with seat preference on CUIMS.

Hostel Fee
1. Hostel Admission team will reply within 24 hour
to the student request and offer available seats Step
and Due Hostel Fee as per available seater on
the CUIMS.
2. In case, student is unable / fail to deposit minimum
Seat Reservation fee i.e. 25000/- within 5 days, then

the hostel booking request will be automatically
cancelled.

Seat Reservation (Provisional)


1. Student may reserve the seat with minimum
Step amount of 25000/- or student may pay full or
partial (amount should be more than 25000)

03 hostel fee.

2. Seat Reservation (Provisional) will be done


after the payment.

Room Allotment
1. Student is required to pay balance amount within
stipulated time period as per System (message will Step
be delivered on his/her mobile phone or formal mail
will be sent on his/her official email ID).

2. Balance amount will be minimum 50% of total fee

including Registration fee

3. Room Allotment will be done by Hostel Admin Team


to the student within 48 hours from the time when fee
reflect on CUIMS of the Student.

4. In case of student fail to deposit balance fee within


stipulated time period, the Seat Reservation (Provisional)
will be Cancelled.

Note: In Case the request is cancelled, Students can re-apply on CUIMS (https://students.cuchd.in)
