This notice is being issued to you in continuation of e mail sent to you on date………….
Regarding your recent unauthorized absence from your duties of work.

It has come to our notice that you have been absent from your work from ……… to ……..
without prior permission or a proper leave approval from your higher authorities in
advance .You have also not attended earlier from … to …. With out following proper leave
approval as per company’s policy.

We find your absence is in violation of company’s attendance/leave policy and your

unauthorized absence has caused abnormal delay or disruption of company’s project work at
crucial execution of our ongoing projects which resulted in our company’s reputation in the
market and also financial losses to our company.

This is to remind you once again that your continued unauthorized absence may result in
initiating a legal action on you.

Hence, we expect you to attend your duties immediately to prevent any further legal actions
on you.
