JOB OFFER
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of our customers.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
• Reporting to the Country Manager, the HR Manager will have the following
main responsibilities:
• Define HR policy in collaboration with the Country Manager, basing it on SAS
SENEGAL's HR strategy (internal management and management of customer
services);
• Contribute to mobilizing the human resources needed to implement the
strategic options defined in collaboration with the Country Manager;
• Draw up SAS SENEGAL's HR budget;
• Coordinate the HR information system in accordance with SAS SENEGAL
procedures, ensuring their control and implementation;
• Contribute to studies, projections and/or simulations on headcount and costs;
• Oversee HR projects within his or her area of responsibility, and participate in
the management of any resulting changes (implementation of forward-looking
management of jobs and skills/GPEC, new social regulations);
• Oversee HR development in terms of training, recruitment and career
management for the various entities, and internal communications;
• Prepare all regulatory documents relating to personnel management (drawing
up employment contracts, amendments, final accounts and affiliation to
various funds);
• Implements and carries out all administrative management actions concerning
the situation of employees (social charges/declarations, recruitment, training,
time management, personnel movements, payroll, remuneration, etc.);
• Ensure compliance with SAS SENEGAL's internal regulations, disciplinary
measures and labor code;
• Maintain relations with social organizations and apply the regulations of the
collective bargaining agreement and company agreements; Inform, guide and
advise employees and their managers in all areas of HR (social legislation,
career management, recruitment, training, etc.);
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of HR systems, processes
and tools;
• Elaborate or develop internal procedures such as ethics rules, collective
variable remuneration systems or expense reimbursement;

COMPETENCE AREAS
• Good knowledge of HR policies and systems;
• Excellent presentation and speaking skills;
• Use of payroll software (Sage, other ...)
• Excellent communication skills;
• Enhanced knowledge of labor relations, labor law and payroll;

PROFILE REQUIRED
• Degree in human resources management (BAC+5);
• At least 05 years' professional experience in a similar position;
• Fluent English.
