Assumptions and Considerations:

 Installation of panels on a special raised structure.

 Internet (LAN Cable) to be provided by client.
 Meter estimate, NEPRA fee and sanctioned load (if required) to be borne
by the client. However, net-metering application and NEPRA license will
be processed by Delta Power.

Warranties:

 GROWATT/ SUNGROW/ HUAWEI inverters come with a 05 & 10 years

comprehensive warranty.

 TRINA/LONGI (China) solar modules come with a 12 years Product and

25 years Performance warranty.

 Workmanship / After Sales Services complete warranty of

5 years inclusive of parts & labour.

 Terms and Conditions
1) Validity: This proposal is only valid for acceptance for a period of 03 days from date of this
offer.
2) Payment Terms: 60% advance, 30% on delivery of solar panels & 10% Upon Start-up.
3) Delivery of TRINA/LONGI SOLAR PV Module based system is 1-2 weeks from receipt of
advance Payment.
4) Installation time is 30 working days after the delivery of equipment.
5) Net Metering official timeline is 45 working days after installation is complete.
6) Net Metering ID will only be shared upon clearance of full and final payment.
7) Cancellation of Order: If an order is cancelled, Delta Power reserves the right to deduct /
charge 25% of the total value of the order.
8) Force Majeure: All standard Force Majeure conditions apply.
9) Warranty for Solar Modules: TRINA/LONGI PV comes with 12 years product and 25 years
performance.
10) Warranty for Inverter: GROWATT/ SUNGROW/ HUAWEI Inverters comes with a 05 & 10
years standard warranty from the manufacturer.
11) Warranty for Entire System: Delta Power will provide 5 Year full system warranty covering
workman ship and materials and civil work – structure.
12) Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate shadow
free space, electrical room, Voltage stabilization from AC grid and circuit breakers at the point
of inter-connection, safety and security at Site, primary base steel frame and regular
maintenance for the system.
13) Mode of Payment: All payments are to be done in the form of Bank Transfer, Pay Order,
Demand Draft or In-Land Letter of Credit issued by Scheduled Bank. Cash transactions are
not accepted.
14) Pricing: The prices are exclusive of all taxes, duties, government levies etc. If PKR devalues
against USD, Delta Power reserves the right to change its price accordingly.
15) Income Tax Deduction: Delta Power is exempted from withholding of Income Tax under
section 153(1) (a) read with section 153(5) (a) along with Article 47A of Part-IV, Second
Schedule of income tax ordinance 2001.
16) Sales Tax Exemption: Sales Tax is applicable 17 %. Sales Tax is exempted vide custom
notification is cancelled: SRO 575 (1) 2006 / Vide Sr. No 35(A) Dated 05-06-2006 read with
SRO 498(I) 2013 Dated 12-06-2013 on PV Panels & Inverters. Any changes in tax rates, by
the Government, will be applicable from the effective date of change.
17) Sales Tax Deduction: Delta Power is also exempted from withholding of Sales Tax under
clause (XI) Rule 5 of the sales tax Special Procedure (With Holding) Rules, 2007 notified by
FBR through SRO 660(1) / 2007 Dated: 30 June 2007 & amended by SRO 897(i) Dated: 04-
10-2013. Declaration / Undertaking will be provided on submission of final invoice

 PAYMENT TERMS

 60% Advance on order confirmation.

 30% on delivery of solar panels.
 10% on system startup.

PROJECT COMPLETION TIME

Project will be completed in 30 working days from the date of advance payment.

Note:
 Net Metering file will not be submitted until 100% complete payment has been received.

 K-electric estimate / Nepra Challan will be paid by Client
