OEM spares / installations & shall be guaranteed for 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months
from the date of installation whichever is earlier against manufacturing defects.

9. Validity
Our offer is valid for your acceptance up to 30 Days from the date of this offer and thereafter subject to
our specific confirmation.
