Greetings!

I am writing to express my sincere interest in joining your department, I have I have experienced
teaching grade 8 in Dasmarinas Integrated High School as a part of our teaching internship. It was
indeed the most challenging months of my life, but the satisfaction I got from seeing my students
improve was gratifying. I facilitated interesting but equally challenging activities to maintain the interest
of my high – level students without intimidating the less-skilled ones.

I have a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Social Studies at De La Salle

University – Dasmarinas. I am seeking the opportunity to implement my knowledge and skills and make
contribution to teaching institution with my educational background, I could deliver confidence, passion,
and knowledge to enable each student to reach his/her full potential. I am confident in my ability to
handle Junior High School students in this institution, Fiat Lux Academe – Dasmarinas.

Dear Mrs. Rosahle,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Senior High School Teacher at Fiat Lux
Academe – Dasmarinas at the end of the school year 2023 - 2024. This decision was not made
lightly, and after careful consideration, I have decided to transfer to Junior High School
Department because I want to practice and be more proficient in teaching my major subject which
is Araling Panlipunan and I believe that this is the best path for me to achieve that.

I have sincerely enjoyed my time at Senior High School Department and appreciate the
opportunities I have been given during my tenure here. I have learned a great deal and have had the
privilege of working with a wonderful team of professionals.

To ensure a smooth transition, I am committed to completing my current projects and preparing

comprehensive documentation. I am also willing to assist in training my replacement to minimize
disruption to the department.

I would like to express my gratitude for the experience and growth opportunities I have had at
Senior High School Department. I have enjoyed working here and will miss my colleagues. Please
