& Maintenance Management.
Spent over ten years in Nigerian Bottling Company (Bottlers of Coca-Cola Products in Nigeria) with work scope covering engineering,
operations, and maintenance business processes, implementing world class operational maintenance standards as Production Services Engineer
(1992-1994), Project Engineer (1994-1999), Spares and Maintenance engineer 1999-2002) and achieved the following:
• Reduction of Spare Carrying Inventory in NBC- 18 Plants From average of 20 million to average of 12-Million Nara Per Plant (1999 &
2000).
• Reduction in NBC 18- Bottling Plant Sudden Failure and Material Wastage By 5% in (1999-2000).
• Development of NBC 1999 Annual Business Maintenance Plan.
• Full Participation in NBC Company Corporate Production Planning, Budget Preparation Implementation and Monitoring of Progress to
actualize Set Objective.

My Oil & Gas Operations and Maintenance also span over fifteen years. Most of it in Shell-Nigeria Oil & Gas fields where I managed a multi-
discipline team of general and specialist engineering maintenance staff with clear set performance standards to provide a wide range of
professional services to the company.
These services ensure all equipment and plant are operating at optimum reliability and uptime to meet operational demands. I am also proficient
in the use of measurement and reporting of maintenance KPIs to drive achievement of company business objectives.
I also drive major initiatives while in SPDC/NPDC OML-34 Facility; this includes Standard Operating Procedures and Maintenance Job
Routines to improve process equipment uptime and reliability.
I participated actively in the implementation of SAP, Production Critical Processes like Trip investigation, FLM and PTW System, Total
Reliability – Maintenance Integrity Execution (TR-MIE), Relentless Production Improvement (RPI) etc. to improve operational effectiveness
and efficient delivery of a sustainable top quartile performance for our SPDC Western division District facilities.
Work with peers in the BT organization and business representatives to determine business process and solution design leveraging the
capabilities of the SAP modules. Actively contribute to Shell Nigeria SAP Implementation initiatives, both strategic and tactical, providing input
and guidance on best approaches and options to maximize customer satisfaction, growth, and efficiency.
Configure SAP system to meet business requirements and Participated in NAPIMS Budget defense and contributes to allocation and effective
control of annual budgets for execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs and a contingency for Corrective Maintenance
which runs to millions of dollars annually.
Manage the installation of new Oil & Gas Equipment’s/Machineries in most of our Gas Plants and Flow stations and assign duties as may be
necessary to removing, replacing, checking, repairing, and overhauling of such equipment/machineries. Develop application and fully implement
risk and reliability management techniques, like Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), and Instrument
Protective Function (IPF) to preserved functional integrity of such Units.

Asset team analyze & resolve issues, conducts, led, and participates in investigations into equipment failures and mechanical problems utilizing

of maintenance, integrity, engineering and related HSE processes/ activities to optimize equipment maintenance/operational life cycle costs in

Work Experience

[JAN-2013 TO DATE] [MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD- ] NPDC/ND-WESTERN OML-34 ASSET MGMT TEAM
Responsible for all facets of Facilities Maintenance, Power Supply and Transmission, Utilities, Plant Maintenance, Plant Certification, and
Electrical Works. I managed the operations and maintenance of process equipment’s of seven Stations in NPDC/NDW OML-34 JV Asset, i.e.,
Utorogu & Ughelli East Gas Plants, Utorogu NGC & Ughelli East Compressor Stations, Ughelli East & West Flow stations.
Coordinates the planning and implementation of maintenance work and ensure timely availability of spares for safe and smooth executions of all
planned work using SAP. Also provide technical guidance, solutions and trouble shooting support for field operations.
Prepared and delivered presentations related to maintenance issues, budgets, downtime, resource use, and cost-savings as needed. Review and
analyzed the production, maintenance, and operational procedures and ensure facility ran smoothly.
Used SAP to organized daily resources needed (i.e., tools, spares & manpower resources) for effective & efficient rotating and static equipment
PM/CM activity execution of the seven-station process equipment to sustain high equipment uptime and reliability.
Managed using SAP the facility contractors work in line with the company’s HSE policies and standards. Ensuring good quality work delivery;
such works includes: Utorogu Gas Plant upgrades from 270MMSCf/d – 360MMSCf/d in 2012; Member; commissioning team –WAGP Utorogu

My responsibilities covered, District facility shutdown plan/schedule development and execution, equipment major repairs and overhauls. I
managed Mechanical and Electrical call off Contracts; to revive failed Asset team operational equipment’s and unlocked over 40,000bopd that
could have been locked in due to unavailable equipment.
Analyze business requirements and mapping of those to SAP best practice business processes and data models to meet operational requirements

Managed and administered the planning, implementation and coordination of Asset Integrity Management Systems, Corrosion Management &
annual inspection program of assets successful within schedule and budget

Prepared and negotiated numerous vendor contracts for facility equipment’s, while maintaining a courteous and professional relationship.
Coordinated purchase of critical care spare parts, as well as managed $10 Million inventory of the same.
Regularly attend shutdown & asset meetings, help in developing work scopes, performing inspections during machinery overhauls. Conduct
performance analysis of rotating equipment to identify performance & operating envelop deviations and provide resolution on developing.
Review required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job to complete activities as per plan & reduce
equipment’s down time.
Provide technical support to area maintenance and operation, carry out trouble shooting and resolve chronic problems by identifying solutions

My responsibilities include generating daily, Weekly and Monthly Production, Maintenance and Spare parts usage Report and circulate to stake
holders.
Summarize Monthly reports and generate Quarterly, half yearly and end of Year Production and Maintenance Reports.
Participated and drive NBC Company Corporate Production Planning, Budget Preparation Implementation and Monitoring of progress to
actualize set objective.
Monitor bottling lines efficiency and yields of all plants on a Daily and Monthly basis and report findings to stakeholders. Analyzed plant
