Computer – controlled robots are now common in industrial mamufacturing. Thus
technology leads the fast that human worforce is gradually replaced. This essay will
outline a number of reasons for this tren and a number of possible solutions to hepl
tackle the issue.
In fast, machines have replaced human labour in many industries which can be
found operating both within Vietnam and international. Firstly, the unemployment
rate is on the rise. As machines do more and more work, people do less and less.
Therefore, the company can dismiss their employee. Besides, the labor find a job
has become more and more difficult. Especial, things were so touch when the
worforce haven’t expertise and limited or no prior experience in work. For example,
previously goods were transported by people and therefore many factories needed a
lot of workers to load and upload goods but … the automation process losed jods of
many workers. Moreover, millions of textile & garment and footwear worker could
be replaced with robots in the fiture.
Secondly, workers are now struggling to find jobs that match their skills and
knowledge what they have been trained for a vocational school. Currently, more
and more labors have to work against the professions for which they were trained.
There are a numbers of viable solutions help tackle this problem. To begin with, the
state must issue regulations requiring businesses to be responsible for allocating
work and workforce among different sectors. Second, each individual needs to be
proactive in improving their professional knowledge and skills regularly.
In conclution, the use of robots and machines in place of the human workforce will
therefore increase the number of unemployed people, especially among those with
low qualifications.
