 DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS
PICKED UP ALL PARTS OF VEHICLE AND KEY

An appointment should be made using the below rules.

• Answer the questions regarding the vehicle before or after picking it up.
• Cancel the appointment in case you are not able to pick up the vehicle immediately after the cancellation of the appointment.
Pick-up conditions:
1) 1) The Driver should take Pick up pictures of All the sides of the vehicles in/out + fob key+ roof + catalytic+ the inside screen
2) The driver should send the pickup pictures same time of pickup before leaving the auction's yard and get the final confirmation or approval
from us to pick up the car.
3) If any damages occur upon pick up by the auction team, the driver has to get an official report from the auction and is NOT Allowed to pick
up without our approval and written consent.
4) Drivers are NOT allowed to pick up any vehicles if there is NO FOB KEY, TITLE, or CATALYTIC CONVERTER without our written consent. In
case the vehicles are picked up without our written consent, charges may apply during payments.
5) Drivers are NOT allowed to pick up any Luxury, Expensive vehicles such as (Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Maybach, Rolls Royce,
Bentley, Bugatti, or Ferrari) and 2020 2021 2022 vehicles if there is no FOB key unless the driver/s gets written consent from us to pick it up.
6) If the driver picks up the vehicle without a FOB key or only a Metal key without our consent he will be responsible for any compensation
demanded by the customer.
7) Tesla vehicles must pick up with a smart key, if drivers pick it up without a smart key will be responsible for the charges to make duplicate
keys and the charge may apply to your payments.
8) PICK UP EXACTLY” date in Central dispatch must be strictly followed. Deduction will be made for LATE PICK-UPS if there is any storage cost
involved.
Delivery conditions
9) Upon delivering a vehicle without: title, Pick up photos, Delivery photos, and key, Catalytic Converter, damage areas photos, there will be
no payment.
10) If the catalytic converter, Title, key is missing please take a stamp or signature from auction and if the picture is not taken by the driver,
no payment will be made for delivery, and there will be additional charges and claims against the driver for the missing catalytic converter.
11) After Getting the warehouse signed BOL to our Billing account then only we do consider the vehicle as delivered Other than that the
vehicle is considered as not delivered and the payment will not be processed.
12) Inform us by call, Text, or Email if any delay has occurred when delivering the vehicles for any reason it is Otherwise, we have full right to
deduct the late delivery charges from you.
13) In case of any truck issues or any unexpected problems with the driver which will affect late delivery, the carrier is responsible to hire
another trucker to deliver the car to the warehouse. If not, we have full right to send another driver to pick up the car from you.
14) If any damage occurs upon loading/ uploading driver should take pictures and videos showing the damages and report it to us directly.
Payment conditions: - In order to process driver payment:
15) Upon receipt of your vehicle, title, and keys, pick up and drop off pictures, electronic ACH payment will be done. Please note that the
payment confirmation is sent immediately but the payment may be set in your bank in 1-2 business days. To have a quick payment, please
email your dispatch sheet, account name, routing number, and bank number to this email achba@peacegl.com.
16) Driver should send Pickup and Delivery pictures along with BOL.

This must be picked up exactly on 06/06/2024. This must be delivered exactly on 06/07/2024.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
PICKED UP ALL PARTS OF VEHICLE AND KEY

PLEASE GIVE THE CUSTOMER AT LEAST A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY. PLEASE DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE ON
PICKUP.
Authority to transport this vehicle is hereby assigned to EAC - CA Only. By accepting this agreement EAC - CA Only certifies that it has the
proper legal authority and insurance to carry the above described vehicle, only on trucks owned by EAC - CA Only. All invoices must be
accompanied by a signed delivery receipt and faxed to Peace Global Logistics LLC 2. The above agreed upon price includes any and all
surcharges unless otherwise agreed to by both EAC - CA Only and Peace Global Logistics LLC 2.
The agreement between EAC - CA Only and Peace Global Logistics LLC 2, as described in this dispatch sheet, is solely between EAC - CA Only and
Peace Global Logistics LLC 2. Dealertrack Central Dispatch, Inc. is not a party to such agreement, has no obligation under such agreement and
expressly disclaims all liability whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with such agreement.
