Demolishing
It will have to be confirmed by a structural engineer before any demolishing acts.

- Walls, flooring and integrated furnitures (represented in red) will be demolished after structural stu-
dies to be sure it would not damage the building.

- False ceiling will have to be removed at the ground and first floor.

- Windows (represented in red on the layout) will be removed and replaced with a wooden panel
during the works.

- Paint and tiiles on the walls, flooring and ceiling would be removed before the begining of the
construction works.
