YRC Staff Inactivity policy

YRC Staff Inactivity Policy


This will outline to staff inactivity policy for YRC (Yorkshire Roleplay Community).
A staff member may send a request for inactivity to a CM + (Community Manger).
It's then up the CM+ to approve the inactivity or to decline it; if your request is
accepted it will be logged by a CM+.

You are allowed granted 23 days off a year (this does not include things such as
country's special day's such as religious day's etc. If you go inactivate for longer than
2 days' without sending a request to CM + you will face a sanction.

For your first 2 times you will receive a strike then on your 3rd strike you will be
suspended for a set amount of time. If your inactivity continues you will be removed
from the staff team or demoted.

If you are a CM+ and wish to have inactivity periods, please dm Founder's and the
Founder will grant or decline your request .

Rules and Regulations oft he Yorkshire Roleplay Community
The moment you join the staff team, you agree to follow instructions from higher members and to
abide by the rules listed here, as well as the rules of the server and Discord.

1. You always represent the YRC when you are an active member of the community, so behave in an
appropriate manner. Misconduct will be punished.

2. Do not abuse the rights you have been given, abuse of any rights will result in permanent exclusion
from the staff team.

2.1 Nepotism and obtaining benefits for oneself will result in expulsion from the staff team and a
punishment procedure.
2.2 The punishment procedure will be carried out by the administrators and will be adjusted
according to the situation.

3. A decent and friendly behavior is obligatory, also a decent grammar and an adapted way of
speaking count to it, from the use of insults and slang words should be refrained at events and
announcements.

4. Upgrading members of the community to a higher rank is only possible in consultation with the
administrators and community manager.

5. When applying for membership in the staff team, all questions must be answered correctly, in case
of deliberate false statements, the rank in the staff team will be temporarily withdrawn with
immediate effect, until an investigation has been completed.

6. extremist views and expressions are only to be kept in private, the general spreading of political
views and the political influence on server members is forbidden.

7. in game moderation, all commands are allowed that do not interrupt the flow of the game or
create advantages for yourself or others. An administrator is responsible for banning players.
7.1 If errors occur in the use of commands, an administrator or a developer must be contacted
immediatly .
7.2 The use of commands on other staff members is forbidden.

7.3 If a player breaks a rule of the game, the application of punishments is required. The level of
punishment depends on the severity of the offence. If the severity of the offence cannot be
determined, a second opinion shall be sought immediately.

7.4 An offender is either immediately detained with the :jail command or is first taken to a secluded
place with :bring [name].
Events can always be carried out as long as they are coordinated and do not overlap with other
events.

9. the acceptance of these rules must be confirmed in a message to the Community Manager. The
following format must be used.
