1. Which type(s) of research strategy are employed in this study?


The research strategy is employed to the survey type of research strategy in this case.
They collecting data from the sample population of employees120 was selected and allocated
on the four distinct groups. And also survey strategy can analyses from the data of
quantitative data from employees in individually self-study CBT, group study CBT,
traditional training and control group of the four group. Quantitative research can describe the
results of individually data and also compare with two or more group data.

2. What are the benefits of adding a longitudinal dimension to this research?


The main benefits of the adding a longitudinal dimension in this case which will give
rise up to employee’s capacity building and any changes in their individuals’ knowledge and
development. The review will also show how increased in employees capacity to their
development before training and six months of after training of the result. Longitudinal
studies can be showed the professional development of data on which has been development
due to the training.

3. What are the benefits of using multiple methods of data collection?

Using multiple methods of data collection helps in collecting data how was the result
of training for employee and it also help in answering questions that easier to find the
solution were asked at beginning of the research, and another reason is for its ability for
widening the angels in which research is conducted.

4a. What threats to reliability are inherent in the research design?


Four main important of threats to reliability factors are participant error, participant
bias, and researcher error and researcher bias. Any factors which development alters the way
in which a participants performs and opinions which has arisen from their background. For
examples, asking a participant to complete a questionnaire just before a lunch break or
between office hours may be effect the way they respond compared to choosing a less
sensitive time. They will reply to finish the answer for quickly.

b. How may these be overcome?


Participants asking the different wording may be viewed as inherent in the research design as
the participants may answer the questions as anticipated. They all were required to finish the
CBT by
the top management. Therefore, they may feel as if appreciative to pretend to do it
successfully. Trainee’s need to be evaluates the data of training outcomes.

5 a. What threats to validity are inherent in the research design?


There are six main elements threats to validity past or recent events, testing, instrumentation,
mortality, maturation and ambiguity about causal direction.

b. How may these be overcome?

The impact of challenging on participant’s opinions or action. Participants leave the training
or they can’t participants on training during their training period. But may not be effect on the
whole training results. They need to support to help each and others for study.
