We are thrilled to announce the 1st SanVic Pingpong Club Invitational Friendly
Tournament, and it is with great pleasure that we extend our invitation to you to
participate in this exciting event. The tournament will take place on July 13&14, 2024 at
San Vicente Central School Gymnasium, and we would be honored to have you join us
for a day of competitive fun and community spirit.

The SanVic Pingpong Club has always been dedicated to promoting the sport of table
tennis and fostering a sense of camaraderie among players of all skill levels. This
tournament aims to bring together enthusiasts from various clubs and communities to
engage in friendly competition and share their passion for the game.

1st SanVic Pingpong Invitational Friendly Tournament

RULES & REGULATIONS DURING THE TOURNAMENT:

 We will generally follow basic rules of ITTF and since this event is titled as Friendly
Tournament we expect the friendly approach of all the participants in regards with
our loopholes or if we cannot meet your expectation please lower it for us. Thank
you.
 Umpires, scorers, players should be introduce to each opponents and need to shake
hands and smile before and after the game.
 For the Quarter and Semis you need to get 2wins out of 3 sets only.
 You need to be the top in your bracket with a round robin match.
 Please respect our umpires and the scorers. Any concerns during the match should be
raise accordingly to the proper personnel or to the umpire and the management.
 We expect everyone to practice honest playing system. You can call your own fault
but not to decide for the fault of your opponent. You can raise it to the management.
 We will make our best to provide a good playing area but we cannot promise to
provide 20mm or 25mm table tennis perfect court. Around 18mm used tables only
not brand new. We will use 3star 40mm+ balls but no specific brand required.
 For the Finals you need to get 3wins out of the 5 sets.
 Players are only allowed to do one time time-out during their game. No loud
coaching during the game or any disturbances coaching during the play. Fair Play.
 Players are allow to shout chole, Zah or any pingpong language after each best play,
Spectators are allowed to clap and cheer during after the end of the ball play.
 No foul language, no smoking, no drinking of alcohols, no “hamunan ng suntukan”
in the tournament premises. We will ask you to be move away if you cause delay to
the tournament game.
 Our game may starts at 08:00am and might have an overtime if necessary until
08:00pm.
 We will give 5mins to default a player that is not around during their schedule or if in
any case at a later time both players are available and willing to play their match
without affecting the current results it can still play if we have more time we can set
it again. The last decision will be approved by the management. This is to give
considerations to the players who came from afar.
 Any additional rules and regulations will be announce before the Official Game.
Note: If it is necessarily.
 Expect that the management will be just and fair to all the players all through out.
You must do your best to win. Believe that “ BILOG ANG BOLA “ kahit sino
pwedeng manalo.
