Application for Loan

It is submitted that I Muneeb Ahmad , 35401-3229514-7 student of BS- EE at the

University of Management and Technology (UMT). My admission was on the basis of
the Punjab Workers Welfare Board (PWWB) Talent Scholarship program. At the time of
admission, the Provisional Letter was not issued to me by the PWWB. Consequently,
the policy has been revised in May 2021 by the PWWB that for further the fee will be
submitted by myself and shall be reimbursed to me later on.

As, my father is presently working as Worker in EMCO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD , Shekhupura
with very low income, I am unable to pay fee from my own sources as instructed by
PWWB, therefore I request UMT to sanction me interest free loan (of an equal amount
of the semester fee) for the 5th or 6th semester so that I can pay my fee and could
submit application to the PWWB for re-imbursement. I undertake that the purpose of the
loan is for payment of my semester fee only and does not include any additional fee
incurred as repeat course, withdraw of course, course drop or extra credit hours’ fee. I
will settle the loan within maximum 120 days from the date of receiving from the
University or within 10 days of re-imbursement from the PWWB, whichever comes first.
I undertake that the loan amount will not exceed the amount of fee for two semesters,
however the University reserves the right to approve or disapprove grant of loan.

It is requested to consider my application and grant me loan for which I shall be grateful
to the University.
