# LEARNING FORMULA CREATES EXPERTS.

.
This is the formula that I have summarized from my studies, many experts have talked about it
and even in the process of becoming a boss, I have talked a lot about it. That's the formula:
- SELF LEARNING
- CONCLUDE
- PRACTICE
- SHARE.
.
This is a formula that will turn what we KNOW into what we OWN, turning knowledge into
practice, into our results.
In addition, self-study also helps us practice skills:
* - Setting goals: when we desire to learn something, it means we must clearly understand what
we need to learn, and what results we want to achieve.
* - Perseverance: Self-study is a very difficult task, we have to read dozens of books, we have to
watch hundreds of videos, follow dozens of experts... only by doing so can we learn well. out
potatoes... but to do that, you have to be very persistent.
* - Observation: when we first start self-studying, we will see "oh this person teaches so well,
stop learning from this person"... but later we will realize that everything will not be completely
correct , each author, each book has its own good and bad points, the important thing is to
observe regularly and filter out the most quintessential things. (What 8/10 people say is probably
true)
People who learn quickly will create many results, people with a quick learning mindset (super
clear perception) will definitely learn faster than others.
**MUST CONCEPT IN YOUR HEAD, YOU ONLY NEED 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE
LEARNING, OR TODAY.**
# KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO LEARN?
**PRACTICE**
.
Haiz, this is important, if knowledge is not practiced, the exam will quickly turn into zero.
Practice so that we can have our own experiences and case studies. If I don't regularly study and
apply this formula, I will definitely never be able to write this article in 3 hours. This formula has
become MY INERTIA for a long time, so I can write it down immediately without thinking.
In any working skill, the "self-study" skill is always one of the most important skills and it will
"improve" and "promote" the remaining skills. I am a self-taught person in Marketing without
going to school (I previously studied accounting). At the age of 22, I was forced to join the army,
luckily I only joined the regular militia, lived in the city, sat in the barracks not knowing what to
do (at this time I only typed for the officers), bought more than 100 books to bring home.
Marketing, business, psychology, motivating reading.... so I went to work in Marketing (1 year
and 2 months in the army).
