**SELF LEARNING.

**
.
This part is the most important part, we must know what we want to learn, what the learning
outcomes are and have a clear learning path, the better. Study methods I often use:
* - Have a clear awareness of MUST LEARN: learning is no longer something you can do in
your free time, but it is something you MUST DO. No matter who you are or what job you do,
learning is still very important.
* - Have a clear awareness of "acquiring knowledge": no matter who you study, whether they are
good or bad, they still HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU TO LEARN. Or if not, I'm still happy
because I know a video I shouldn't watch. The mindset of "searching for knowledge" will be
different from the mindset of "looking for loopholes to criticize".
* - Logic: the more we observe and learn, the more we will know the inferences and arguments
of other people, from the beginning to the result. Logic will gradually increase
* - Presentation: To learn is to practice and share, only then can we remember for a long time...
and the more we share, the more we will improve our speaking skills and presentation skills.
* - Reality: Learning from experts, learning from real case studies will help us understand the
problem more and more. Everything we reason and say will be "closer to being true".
Ha, this is an important thing. Many employees I ask them to self-study about marketing, they go
learn some macro things like strategy, 7p, 4p, academic knowledge of all kinds and then I ask
them to practice. then it doesn't do anything. This is an extremely important mistake of self-
taught people. ALWAYS THINK ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU NEED TO
LEARN.
We often have a habit of "standing at this mountain, looking at that mountain" without looking at
"nature". The essence of learning is "results". Learning is to practice to get results, learning is to
be realistic, to be able to do....
Practicing will also make us have a more REALISTIC view. What we learn is only theoretical. If
we share this knowledge, we can "herd chickens", but when we meet people who understand the
nature of the problem, they will know immediately. . ----> We need to practice what we have
learned so that everything becomes CLEAR, not just theoretical anymore.
.
But, sometimes we can't practice everything, I will show you a simpler way in the next part,
which is how to "ask WHY". (But if you can, then just get involved and do it, experience it...
otherwise you'll be scolded for being an empty theory)

Just starting out in the profession, there is no teacher (in 2014-2015), the Marketing market now
does not have many courses, edumall, kyna, unica do not exist yet... everything requires SELF
skills. LEARN. Learn from books, learn from others, learn from existing brands... summarize
everything and start practicing aimlessly... but still learn well, now everything is available online
After all, I became lazy to study...
