A Brief Intro
A. About Anything Skool: Anything Skool Limited is India's first organized initiative for providing a
complete solution in school wear. The concept is focused on creating school merchandise to be designed
and manufactured with established international standards, consistency in quality and fit, with a brand
assurance and from a single destination, thus giving new definition to School Wear.
1. Genesis of a Concept: Anything Skool, as the name suggests, is a platform, a single
destination to make available all the school wear needs of the students. The promoters of Liberty,
a pioneering Footwear giant of India, envisioned an exclusive retail to focus on the school wear
making it a One Stop School Shop. This huge potential school segment is utterly unorganized at
present.
2. Evolution of Brand Anything Skool: Thus the brand Anything Skool was born and started
its journey some 12 Years back with a vision for makeover of school students into Smart, Vibrant
and Confident citizens. The concept being a market niche, Anything Skool found a huge business
opportunity.
Footwear being our core strength, we introduced the concept of house color shoes to replace
the white PT Shoes and saw an overwhelming response in the school market. We matched the
color of the shoes with house color t-shirts and subsequently created our own manufacturing base
for Knitted Garments also to cater to the Active Wear requirements of the schools.
Recently we have also launched Regular Uniforms thus completing all the product categories for
school wear, which are required generally by the schools.
. The whole operations of manufacturing and sourcing are handled by a professionally qualified
team so as to provide a seamless service to the schools and subsequently to the students.
B. The School Wear Product Categories:
(1) Active Wear (2) Formal Wear (3) KG Kit (4) Footwear (5) Socks
Active Wear – All Kind of uniforms that come under this category can be sportswear, house
color uniforms, hostel wears or any other comes under comfort wear categories. A big range of
products are covered under this category for various school activities both in summer and winter
seasons.
Formal Wear – Primarily working for the active wear, now we have started focusing on the
Regular Uniform Segment, which will finally strengthen our “Retail Vision”. Regular school uniforms,
conventionally made with woven techniques are basically categorized into shirts and bottom wears
as formal trousers and skirts. Woven material and garment nowadays has the easiest outreach
whereas Knitwear is more intricate work.
Footwear - Footwear is the core strength of Anything Skool as 100% products are manufactured
in-house by Liberty Shoes and it has been exclusively created by Liberty for Anything Skool. This
product range is broadly categorized into:
• Premium Sports Shoes
• House Color Shoes
• Regular Uniform Shoes
Kindergarten Welcome Kit - Kindergarten segment has a wide scope of business as a
number of chains are coming up in India with each having hundreds of centers spread across India.
Looking at the need for a packaged Kit solution from a single source, Anything Skool developed a
Welcome Kit for KG Students containing uniforms, Shoes, Socks and Bags with a color theme
uniformly running across products. All these products are packed into a stylish box providing a
joyful experience to the Kids and their parents; and save the schools from hassles of procuring and

The product range provides monopoly to the channel partner and a greater footfall of the students
of the tied-up school.
Socks - Anything Skool offers Socks in plain knits in a cotton rich blend with elastane. All the
socks are outsourced from two or three vendors under Anything Skool designs and branding.
C. Our Infrastructure Strength - The Company has created in-house manufacturing facilities from
knitted fabric to garmenting. In-House facilities are crucial for maintaining standards in quality and on-
time supply to the customer. Apart from This we have-

D. A technically Qualified Operations Team: The company has a well-qualified and technically
experienced structured team handling the sourcing, production and operations across categories so as to
provide good quality and value for money products with assurance of a brand.
E. Marketing Channels – Anything Skool Limited currently has more than 300 Channel Partners present
in all major Cities & Towns in India. The School Supplies business is primarily handled through three
different channels:
1. School Chain Business
There are many chains of schools which have branches throughout India which are being
managed and operated in a corporate system. They source all the school merchandise at one or
multiple warehouses and distribute it among their students through their own resources.
2. Direct School Business:
Then there are schools which source the school merchandise directly from the vendors and
manage the distribution through their own agencies. These type schools are rare and aren’t in
substantial numbers.
3. Distribution Channels
The most prominent and widespread system is that schools approve their uniform and appoint
dedicated vendors to distribute the uniform wear. This segment carries the biggest volume of school
supplies and which is utterly unorganized, selling sub-standard products. This is the area where huge
scope is available.
F. Anything Skool Retail Vision: Anything Skool has an ultimate vision to develop a retail solution for
school merchandise with exclusive stores with good ambience providing rich buying experience to the
parents and students alike. Our stores will have products across all categories and will give school children
a quality destination for all their school needs. We are now closer than ever to this dream becoming a
reality and with the combined effort of the team the company envisages to plan 5-10 stores with this
concept in the year 2025.

Pay Scale -
Rs. 12000/- to 15,000/- PM will be paid on consolidated basis.
Travelling allowance /expenses will be paid as per the Travelling Policy of the Company.
Incentives will be paid on target achievements as per the below criterion :-
a. Rs. 500/- for per school – Where an adequate meeting is arranged by the Marketing Trainee with the top
management/ decision makers of the school.
b. Rs. 1000/- for per school – Where order has been finalized by the Marketing Trainee with his own efforts.
c. Rs. 1000/- for per Channel Partner – where a Channel Partner has been signed up with the company by the
Marketing Trainee with his own efforts.
d. Incentives are payable only on completion of the training period.
The above mentioned program of training is specific to our organization which can be aligned with the
curriculum of the institute for better learning of the students. The details and the modalities of the program
can be further evolved through discussions at the management levels of both the organizations.
