Position: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Rajouri Garden New Delhi

Compensation: 21000 - 26000 ( Monthly )

Responsibilities

❖ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

❖ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

and/or alternatives

❖ Process order information; schedule appointments

❖ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

❖ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

❖ Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.

❖ Processing orders, and queries requested by the customers.

❖ Following up on complicated customer calls where required.

❖ Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in a timely manner

❖ Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

❖ Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.

❖ Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.

❖ Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.

❖ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

❖ 2 -3 Years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles

❖ Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

❖ Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office

❖ Knowledge of Multiple Languages- English and Hindi

❖ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills

❖ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
