Problem Found 1. Presser up down heavy jerk and operating issue.

2. Main blade wobbling issue.
3. Main spindle noise issue
4. Side aligner up down issue.
5. Blade carriage pinnion play.
6. Piece cutting waviness issue.
7. Blade carriage limit switches wiring.
Work Done Presser up down valve replacement done. Arranged by customer locallyRelated limit switch changed with wiring.
Presser pressure setting done. Trail done running ok. Presser cylinder have minor leakage need to repair or replace for
proper functioning as smtime cylinder movement is not smooth.
2. Main blade pulley replacement done pulley arranged by customer. Blade was loose when clamped due to dowel pin
same setting done now blade wobbling is okey.
3. Main blade spindle bearing noise was there same replaced done, noise is okey now.(bearing was arranged by
customer locally.).
4. Side aligner valve changed with new one. Pressure setting done. Alignement setting done. Valves arranged by
customer locally.
5. Blade carriage gearbox pinnion preloading done, further pinnion need to change for proper running.
6.piece waviness issue is due to blade carriage alignment disturbed, for this fixture requested, will arrange the fixture then
will do the alignment.
7. Blade carriage limit switch wiring are damaged same need to be changed.
Note : heavy water is there is main air line due to which cylinder and valve getting jam, so need to check the water mainly.
