INTRO OF JUDGES
welcome to a night of elegance, charm, and the search for standout personalities!
Tonight, we have the privilege of introducing our esteemed panel of judges, whose
discerning eye and expertise will guide us in selecting the most remarkable male and
female personalities of our junior and senior promenade.
JUDGE #1
To assist us in recognizing these remarkable personalities, it is my distinct pleasure to
introduce our esteemed judge number 1, Mr. Bryan V. Arabaca.
But his pursuit of excellence didn't end there. Mr. Arabaca furthered his studies and
obtained a Master in Education Major in TLE from Lyceum-Northwestern University,
demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Prior to joining us tonight, Mr. Arabaca served as a teacher at The Great Plebeian
College for five years, where he left an indelible mark on his students through his
passion for education.
Currently, Mr. Arabaca serves as a Teacher II and Sports Coordinator at Jose Rivera
Bonsay National High School in Pogoruac, Burgos, where he continues to inspire and
empower the youth of his community.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Arabaca is also a member of the Extraordinary
Ministers of Holy Communion at St. Joseph Cathedral in Alaminos City, exemplifying his
commitment to spirituality and service.
His presence as a judge tonight reflects his commitment to fostering excellence and
recognizing outstanding individuals in our community.
Truly remarkable, with endearing achievements, epitome of the future of education. Mr.
Manangan represents a valuable inclusion within the panel of our judges tonight. Once
more, let's extend our applause to Mr. John Patrick C. Manangan with warmth and
enthusiasm!

It is my privilege to introduce our third esteemed judge, Ms. Elizabeth E. Iglesias.
Currently, Ms. Iglesias serves as a Teacher 1 at San Roque National High School in
Antipolo City, where she continues to inspire and nurture the minds of her students with
her expertise and passion for education.
As an appointed judge this evening her dedication to quality work and her wish to honor
deserving members of our community will be truly applauded. Her role as a judge will
give our panel significant insight because of her remarkable academic background, un-
wavering focus, and commitment to greatness. Let us give Ms. Elizabeth E. Iglesias a
hearty round of applause.

It is a delight to introduce our fourth esteemed judge. Dr. Marifel Joy Salvatierra Boling-
Fabia
Dr. Fabia hails from Poblacion, Alaminos City, where she was raised by her parents,
Councilor Oscar Areola Boling and the late Cecilia S. Boling, who served as the school
nurse at ACNHS.
Her journey in the medical field is nothing short of remarkable. Dr. Fabia graduated with
a Doctor of Medicine degree and successfully passed the licensure exam in 2009.
With a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Fabia has dedicated herself to
the care and well-being of women. She has advanced her expertise by pursuing a sub-
specialization in OB-Gyn Ultrasound at the prestigious East Avenue Medical Society.
Dr. Fabia's contributions extend beyond her clinical practice. She serves as the Vice-
President of the Pangasinan Medical Society Western Pangasinan Chapter and as the
Chairman of Community Service for POGS, the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecologi-
cal Society Northwestern Luzon Chapter.
Bringing undeniable essential insight to our judging panel tonight is Dr. Marifel Joy Sal-
vatierra Boling-Fabia, who was truly remarkable and is strongly committed to excel-
lence. Her presence will truly graces our promenade in more ways than one. Let's give
Dr. Fabia another warm round of applause.

It is with great pleasure to introduce our fifth esteemed judge, Ms. Linda Z. Martinez.
As a Senior High School Teacher with the Department of Education from 2018 to 2023,
Ms. Martinez has been instrumental in shaping the minds and hearts of her students,
inspiring them to reach their full potential.
But Ms. Martinez's impact extends beyond the classroom. She now serves as the Board
Secretary/Trainer for cookery NC II and FBS NC II at Ephesians Training and
Assessment Center Inc., where she shares her expertise and empowers individuals to
pursue excellence in culinary arts and family and consumer sciences.
Her role as a trainer demonstrates her commitment to providing quality education and
equipping others with the skills they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
Our esteemed judge, Ms. Martinez adds priceless experience, steadfast devotion, and a
passion for excellence to our panel of judges this evening. Let's give Ms. Linda Z. Mar-
tinez a cheerful round of applause.

AWARDS TO BE GIVEN
As we gather here tonight for this enchanting event, it is my pleasure to introduce the
awards that will be bestowed upon the remarkable male and female personalities who
grace our promenade with their presence. Before we begin the search for our standout
individuals, let us first familiarize ourselves with the awards to be given and the criteria
by which our esteemed judges will evaluate the nominees.
Firstly, we have the Enchanter and Enchanter Princess awards, which will be
presented to the best dancers of the night. These individuals will captivate us with their
grace and skill on the dance floor.
Our next award is the Romeo and Juliet of the Night, reserved for the couple who
embodies the essence of romance and harmony throughout the evening.
Moving on, we have the Mr. and Miss Dazzler of the Night, which will be awarded to
the head turners who dazzle us with their style and presence.
Next up, we have the Prince Charming and Cinderella awards, celebrating those who
epitomize elegance and sophistication with their impeccable attire.
Lastly, we have the prestigious titles of Juniors’ Prom King and Queen and Seniors’
Prom King and Queen, honoring individuals who embody leadership, charisma, and
excellence.
CRITERIA OF JUDGING
Now that we are acquainted with the awards to be given tonight, let us delve into the
criteria by which our esteemed judges will evaluate the nominees.
The criteria for judging encompass four key aspects, each essential in determining the
standout personalities of the night. The first criterion is "POISE AND CARRIAGE,"
which evaluates the nominee's self-confidence and how they present themselves to the
crowd, accounting for 30% of the total points.
Next, we have "FITNESS AND STYLE," which examines the uniqueness and
appropriateness of the nominee's attire for the event, contributing another 30% to their
overall score.
With the awards and criteria set, let us embark on this captivating journey together as
we seek out the standout male and female personalities of our junior and senior
promenade ball. May the evening be filled with magic, elegance, and unforgettable
moments.
