SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose

SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oil delivery. It is
composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic
rubber, making hose have excellent performance in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made
from multiple layers of high tensile steel wires in alternative directions, making hose suitable for
very high working pressure environment. Besides, reinforcement makes hose resistant to bending,
kink and fatigue. Cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, making hose resistant to
abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and heat.

SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose is suitable for high working pressure environment because of its
multiple layers of high tensile steel wire alternating reinforcement.

SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose is resistant to abrasion and corrosion thanks to its synthetic rubber
cover.
 The details of SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose:

 Working pressure: 42 MPa (6090 psi).
 Test pressure: 84 MPa (12180 psi).
 Burst pressure: 168 MPa (24360 psi).
