Sub:- Requesting co-operation from the Tech Parks which are in

HAL Airport Traffic and Mahadevapura Traffic Police
stationslimits'

With request to the above Subject, there are hundreds of IT-BT
companies are there within the jurisdiction of the HAL Traffic Station and
Mahadevpura Traffic Police stations. Maximum companies employees are
using their own vehicles for their transportation to their tech parks.

Further, in case of any traffic jam due to rain or any other traffic
obstruction on ORR in the above Police stations jurisdictions, we request the
companies to prohibit the outgoing movement of the vehicles temporarily from
their companies during 05:30 PM to 07:30 PM to cooperate the Traffic police
in maintaining the traffic congestion on ORR Road.
We will give the advisory of prohibition to ORRCA. ORRCA will have to
inform the companies.
