5 Advanced Settings

Press button to enter advanced settings, input password 000000 as below

In the password input interface,4 button function as below:

button:Move left;

button:Move right;

button:Confirm;

button:Go back.

5.1 Menu of Advanced settings

We go to above advanced settings menu after input password, press the number button to choose

5.2 Time Setting


Press button 1 to go into time setting, interface as below

5.3 Overload Record
Press button 2 to enter overload record, interface as below

1000 overload records can be saved,if more than 1000 records, the latest record will overwrite the
oldest record.

5.4 Running Time


Display the accumulated running time of the system. Refresh every 1 minute。

6 Crane Load Calibration
We use “Weight Debugging” to calibrate the load as below

7 Boom Length Calibration


We use “Length Debugging” to calibrate the boom length as below, ”Length
Debugging” need to enter password 666888.

8. Boom Angle Calibration
We use “Angle Debugging” to calibrate the boom angle as below, ”Angle
Debugging” need to enter password 666888
Angle debugging
1st, put boom down to horizontal position
2nd, input 0 for Horizontal
3rd, move the down arrow to Voltage
4th, press pencil icon to get the voltage from angle sensor
5th, press tick to save
Lifting angle debugging
1st, lift boom to maximum angle
2nd, input max. boom angle(normally 80)
3rd, move the down arrow to voltage
4th, press pencil icon to get the voltage from angle sensor
5th, press the down arrow button, to exit from the edit status
6th, press tick to save

9. Normal Settings

Press button in the main interface to enter normal settings as below

Normal settings include: Operation Mode(OM) setting, Reev setting, Torque setting and A/D view

9.1 Operation Mode (OM) Setting

Operation Mode Setting interface as below to choose the crane operation mode(load chart)

Torque Setting interface as below

Torque Setting is to setup the warning load percentage and cut off load
percentage(Max load setting, crane will stop to telescope to longer boom or lower down
the boom angle after reaching cut off load percentage as set above).

9.4 A/D View
A/D View interface as below , A/D View is to check the working status of sensor.

10. Error Code


When system detects a fault, the main display interface will show an error code.

Press button to check detailed explanation related to this error code. For
example, error E01, as shown below.

11. Mute

When system detects a fault, the buzzer will sound an alarm. Press button in the main
interface to close the buzzer until another fault occurs or the fault is removed.

12. Alarm Reason

The buzzer will alarm when encountering the following situations:

1. The load capacity reaches 100% of the rated load capacity (adjustable);

2. During the debugging process, the loaded analog sampling value is less than or equal to the

no-load analog sampling value;

3. During the debugging process, the difference between the loaded simulated sample value and

the no-load simulated sample value is too small;

4. The signal of the load sensor is disconnected;

5. The signal of the load sensor exceeds 20mA.

14. Computer Back Socket Definition

Top to bottom
4pin:
Red: Power
Yellow: Ground
Green: Force to continue crane operation after overload
Blue: Cut Off Load ( stop to telescope to longer boom or lower down the boom
angle, both will increase the actual load, works when A2B Switch is pushed or
the load rate exceeds)
3pin: Connected to load pressure sensor
3pin: Connected to 2nd load pressure sensor
6pin: Connected to length/angle sensor
5pin:
Red:Connected to Counterweight switch signal

Yellow:Connected to Outrigger switch signal
