Access control for Cell Parameters
CB006530
Prevent accidentally changing cell parameters
Feature introduces possibility to prevent changing cell parameters
• To prevent changing specific cell parameters, operator need to add
these parameters to FEATCADM-preventParamModifList list.
• By default, the rule to prevent modification of cell parameters will be
applicable for all cells on specific BTS.
• When the rule is needed only on specific cells then operator in
addition need to configured additional parameter:
MNL/MNLENT/FEATCADM-preventParamModifTargetDN.
– Parameter can contain list of cells for which changing
parameters is forbidden.

Note: When role-based user account is active (5GC000362: Role Based 5G Node B User Accounts)
• Changing preventParamModifList, preventParamModifTargetDN requires BTS System Administrator or BTS Security Administrator
• Changing cell parameters itself requires BTS System Administrator or BTS Application Administrator
