With reference to the captioned subject matter, we wish to inform that the "Trading Window" for
dealing in the Securities of Sandhar Technologies Limited (“Company”) shall remain closed for all
designated persons of the Company from Monday, July 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the
declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on the June 30,
2024. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during
the above said period of closure of trading window.

The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results
of the Company for the Quarter ended on the June 30, 2024 shall be informed in due course.
