EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Agreement is entered on the 1st of February 2024 at the office of JK MEDIA HOUSE INC., at 259
Wonderland Drive, Scarborough, Canada hereunder designated as EMPLOYER represented by its HR
DIRECTOR, JUVANIE A. LEUTERIO and OSCAR SIMONS hereinafter designated as PROBATIONARY
EMPLOYEE as PHOTOJOURNALIST.

II.COMPENSATION:
The Employee will receive compensation of CAD 38,000.00 a year in a full-time job and subject
to government deductions. The salary will be equally divided into 12 months and will be paid to the
Employee semi-monthly in arrears on the 15th and end of the month.
The Employee will receive 13th month’s pay prorated at the end of June and before December
25 of the current year. The Employee will enjoy a bonus during December of the current year but subject
to a Performance Appraisal that is conducted every 4th quarter of the year.
The Employee has free dental plan, vacation with pay within Canada up to 5 days, pension
plans to the employee for regular employee, cellphone, internet allowance, car fuel (see Company
Manul on Car Provision).
IV.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES:
IV. PROBATIONARY:
The Employee is being engaged on a probationary basis for a period of six (6) months. During
this period, if management’s assessment and evaluation of the performance indicate that the Employee
are not qualified or suitable for regular appointment, then the probationary employment shall be
terminated without prejudice and without notice or separation pay other than the salary due to the
Employee.
V. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT:
The Employee and Employer agrees the probationary employment shall commence 1st of
February 2024 to 31st of July 2024.
VI. CONFIRMATION:
The Employee will be evaluated by the management prior to the end of the probationary
period of the six (6) months. If the performance meets the standards and requirements set by the
management, the management may confirm the employment and at the management’s absolute
discretion. The confirmation of employment will be subject to the employment terms and conditions
stated in the Letter of Confirmation and in accordance with JK Media House Inc., policy, and procedure.
JK MEDIA HOUSE INC., has the right to take disciplinary action against its employee whether the
employee meets the standards of the performance or conducts to all its employee. The Disciplinary
Procedure of the company are as follows:
Definitions:
Fraud – committing intentional actions to mislead the company’s financial position, operation,
and structure.
Misconduct – inappropriate behavior that is against the company’s policies and procedures.
Non-disclosure – no information or data from the company shall be use outside the scope the
company and without permission to its management.
Protection of Assets – all assets of the company should be kept inside the company premises
and no bringing of asset and or properties of the companies at home and or outside the company
premises without permission.
Theft – stealing cash and pilfering office items from the employer, stealing cash and pilfering
personal items from another employee is prohibited.
JK Media House Inc., has the right to do Disciplinary Actions for the above mentioned.
1. Verbal Warning – this for first offence, a one-on-once confrontation with the employee
and the management and resolve the issue.
2. Written Warning – if repeated, employee with must do justifications on the grounds they
are committed and resolve the issue.
3. Dismissal – this is the final warning if not resolved, the company will issue a termination
notice to the employee effective immediately or upon request.
The Employee agrees to assign the Employer all present and future rights, title, and interest of
the photos, and other materials related to the job as Photojournalist. This Agreement will commence
upon the Effective Date as stated above and will remain in effect until the Employee will no longer
connected, work with the company.
X. TERMINATION
The Employee can terminate the employment agreement by tendering a month’s prior written
notice or paying the Company one month’s salary if the Employee intends to terminate this agreement
immediately.
JK Media House Inc., may terminate the services on the grounds of grave and serious
misconduct as outlined in JK Media House Inc., rules, and regulations.
XI. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Employee agrees that he/ she will not disclose to any person or entity, the Confidential
Information regarding about JK Media House Inc., financial data and records, rules and regulations, name
of the board members and stockholders and other confidential data and documents.
Any disclosure of confidential information is a cause of action by the court and punishable by
law.
