Notas Generales

1.- Cada válvula debe tener una placa de identificación en acero inoxidable fijado con tornillos de
acero inoxidable o remaches, donde se muestre la información técnica como el N° Tag,
fabricante, modelo, número de serial, rating, set de presión, tamaño del orificio, etc.

2.- Todas las válvulas deben ser resistentes a la corrosión y al clima cálido-lluvioso.

3.- Todas las válvulas, deben cumplir con el documento de Especificación de Válvulas de Seguridad
N° HM0011301-PB1I3-GD117003.

4.- EL PROVEEDOR deberá verificar los cálculos y modelo de acuerdo a las condiciones del proceso
y servicio y dar la mejor opción acorde a las condiciones. EL PROVEEDOR debe cumplir con la
NACE MR0175.

5.- EL PROVEEDOR debe certificar los cálculos y garantizar el orificio designado para la aplicación.

6.- EL PROVEEDOR debe certificar los cálculos y garantizar el orificio designado para la aplicación.

7.- Todos las partes internas de la válvula de materiales blandos expuestos a las condiciones del
proceso, deben utilizar "Descompresión Explosiva" de materiales resistentes, debido al alto
contenido de CO2. Generalmente estos elastómeros deben tener una lectura de dureza de 95 o
mayor

8.- EL PROVEEDOR debe cumplir con la Norma PDVSA N° O-201 "SELECCION Y
