Respondent have resided at Delhi and hence the subject

matter in dispute is within the territorial and pecuniary
jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court.

55.The cause of action for the purpose of this petition arouse on

when the Petitioner and the Respondent marriage was
solemnized and further cause of action accrued on all
subsequent dates as stated hereinabove.

56 . A fixed court fee is paid on this petition as provided under

the Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act.

56.No other petition has been filed by the Petitioner for the
similar relief.

INTERIM RELEIF
a) Pass an order in favour of the
petitioner/complainant thereby directing the
respondents not to commit any type of domestic violence
in any form and more specifically as mentioned in
Section 18 of the Act.

b) pass an order for maintenance thereby directing

the Respondent no. 1 to pay Rs.30.000/-p.m. for the
maintenance of the Petitioner/complainant and for her
daily needs requirements and survival;

c) pass necessary direction/orders to the

Respondent no. 1 to pay Rs.35,000/- towards the initial
legal expenses to the Petitioner/complainant;
