H A T E T H E SIN,

NOT THE SINNER

 JOHN 8:7

When they kept on questioning him, he straightened

up and said to them, “Let anyone of you who is
without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”
God hates the sin,

not the sinner.

 ROMANS 5:8

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:

While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
 1 PETER 4:8

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers

over a multitude of sins.
 LUKE 6:27

“But to you who are listening I say: Love your

enemies, do good to those who hate you.”
 MATTHEW 5:44

"But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those
who persecute you."
"Do not judge other people, for no
one has the right to judge us but
God. Instead, love your enemies,
for God teaches us to love one
another, and God is love."
