Dear Manoj,

With reference to your application for the post of “Technical Consultant” and subsequent interview /
discussions held with you. The management takes great pleasure in informing you that you will be
engaged as“Desktop Support- Technical Consultant ”w.e.f. “29.12.2023” and you will be posted at our
client Location.

Terms of your engagement

1. The Amount shall be credited basis no of approved working days from client.

2. You shall be responsible for the safe keeping and returning in good condition of all the
property/equipment belongs to the company ,that may in your custody, use, care or charge. In
case you failed to take care or return of the company property/equipment, you shall be liable to
make loses/damage good and the company has every right to recover the equivalent amount of
losses.

3. During the tenure of your job, Management reserves the right to terminate your agreement
without any notice. In case you decide to leave the company any time, you will be required to
serve 30 days of Notice Period.

4. In the opinion of the company, that shall be final in this matter, if you are adjudged insolvent or found
guilty of dishonest or disobedient or of disorderly behavior or sexual harassment or any other offence or
of long absence from your duty without prior permission or any other conduct considered by the
company to be

5. detriment to its interest or violation of one or more terms of this contract letter, your contract may be
terminated from the Company without giving any notice.
6. If you found absent on site Without information or taking leave from us in advance, you will attract
penalty for Rs 500/- Per day.

7. You shall be responsible for the safe keeping and returning in good condition of all the property/equipments
belongs to the company,that may in your custody, use, care or charge. In case you failed to take care or
return of the company property/equipment, you shall be liable to make loses/damage good and the
company has every right to recover the equivalent amount of losses.
8. Confidentiality- you are hereby agreed to comply with the provisions relating to protection of Confidential
Information of the Company and assignment of processes, inventions, information, ideas, and
copyrightable material created or conceived by you in whole or in part.

9. You hereby indemnify the company from any claims/losses/theft that may happen at the customer site.
Company shall not be responsible for any of your actions on the site.

10. That you shall carry out such duties and work as may be entrusted to you from time to time in the interest
of your contract.

11. While working in company, in case if your work, conduct & performance not found satisfactory, the
Company has the right to terminate your contract without assigning any reason.

12. This Engagement Letter is subject to satisfactory verification of your antecedents and feedback from client.

13. The Arbitration location will be New Delhi.

14. The letter will stand null n void post completion of the support period. Any claims made apart from
written in the offer letter shall not be entertained.

Please submit the following documents at the time of joining:

1. Proof of age (copy of class 10th certificate/certificate issued by competent authority).

2. Certificates pertaining to your professional/educational qualifications.

3. Copies of previous appointment letters and relieving letters/experience certificates and last pay slip.

5. Residence Proof/ID Proof.

6. Copy of PAN Card and cancelled cheque or bank account details.
