My english is not very good, so I hope that you understand this letter
Mr Ohkubo:

First I come to you. My name is Martin Rivas Ortega. I am playwright, Egyptologist and
designer of Web Pages. And personal friend of Eiko Fijiwara ten years ago. Currently support to
Eiko in mounting the theatrical work that the Center of Japanese Culture A. C. premiere and
that is about the life from Mr. Sakichi Toyada. The members of the patronage of the Center of
Japanese Culture A. C. and I understand very well that you are in a difficult situation.
Therefore, we know that you and other Japanese cannot believe the things that have gone to
the Center of Japanese Culture, A. C. here in Mexico. Therefore, we understand that you feel
distrust toward my intimate friend Eiko Fujiwara and the Center of Japanese Culture, AC.

As a Mexican, I would tell you in my country we know that the honor and the truth, are an
essential part of the culture of Japan, however, I have to say with sorrow and shame, many
Mexicans are corrupt, so I can assure you that everything that she has counted on the twists
that Eiko has suffered in Mexico, are true, they are true, it occurred to her, and the Center of
Japanese Culture, A. C.

Unfortunately it's all true. Should know that Eiko fought, first and foremost, with envy and
resentment on the part of the Mexican Embassy in Tokyo, and by Japan in Mexico. When the
Embassy of Japan saw many activities that Eiko successfully realized, and that they, like
diplomatic representation have failed to achieve, have created in them that resentment and
envy. Cannot imagine that she alone has achieved that success, which, in a few days you can
see on the web page that I am building for the Center of Japanese Culture. For the Embassy of
Japan it is not a normal person, because they needed to achieve their goals and targets. As you
will, Eiko and the Center can do nothing in terms of a lawsuit, as they are diplomats, and do not
represent people, but a whole country, in this case, Japan. So the Mexican laws give them
diplomatic immunity to Mr. Ambassador of Japan and the Ambassador of Mexico in their
country.

I have friendship with Eiko and mutually we have a deep confidence, because the two we have
almost the same experiences. They are very similar. As well as Eiko has suffered deception,
theft and betrayals; I myself have suffered such situations with Mexicans with bad intentions,
which I was presented with the intention of lean, but at the end, prove to be wolves in sheep,
which only seek personal gain, regardless of the objectives that we in our projects. Eiko and I
have a philosophy very similar, so I understand very well what it has suffered and suffered with
many Mexicans corrupt with which has had the misfortune to be found.

Eiko is going through a very hard and painful caused by the pressure that the Japanese
Embassy in Mexico and in Mexico in Japan, ahe have exercised. And at the same time has an

Because of the activities that I have, to be theater director, travel a lot for different parts of the
Republic of Mexico, for that reason had not been able to help to Eiko, but I was always aware
of the problems that she has. Now I am already in Mexico City and I can support to Eiko in their
projects. As he commented, I am doing the design of the web page for the center. The cost of
a web page in Mexico, is about $45.000 Mexican pesos, for this reason Eiko had not been able
to make this page. The web page, for now, is under construction and only in its version to the
Spanish. However, once the English version, translate into eight languages. You can check the

things, we will make the reports that Eiko you have done television, the press and Radio
Mexican. When the versions in English and Japanese, you can see the activities that Eiko has

happened Eiko is the truth. And in my country happens but i am aware that in other nations do

you, when the web page is completed in the version of English and Japanese. However intend
that this work is known in other countries, therefore include versions in Spanish, Japanese,
English, French, Italian, Portuguese, German and Russian. I hope that with this web page,
where we will make known the effort Eiko in Mexico, will serve to which it regain credibility with
you, and the revival the interest of supporting the Center of Japanese Culture. Because the
cause of that Eiko has not achieved goals more strong are those people who by envy, you have
attempted arrest. The Cultural Center Japanese not intended to be a project where Eiko looks
alone, what she wants is that Japan, and its culture are mostly known and understood in its
true magnitude and Mexico to open even more the love and admiration that feel toward their
culture.

I want to clarify that although many Mexicans are corrupt, there are many more that we are
not, and that we admire and we believe in the draft Eiko and that is why we support. In my
particular case, the web site that I'm doing to Eiko shall be free to it. Not making absolutely
nothing, because I understand that it does not have economic resources because stole, and the
deceived other Mexicans ill-intentioned. Equally, with my knowledge of theater, I am supporting
Eiko for the implementation of the play on the life from the Mr. Sakichi Toyada.

Many Mexican politicians and foreign used his diplomatic power to affect those who believe that
hinder them, but Eiko and the Center are still struggling, with the support of those who believe
in it and its work to realize the project. The Ambassador of Japan in Mexico insists on changing
the name of Center of Japanese Culture, A. C. only because he, as the representative of Japan
in Mexico has not achieved what Eiko with effort and dedication has succeeded. AND wants to
eliminate the name of Japan in the center of Culture, because he does not have the capacity of
Eiko, for that Mexicans know more of its wonderful country. All members Mexicans were
indignant to learn this event. Eiko acted with great wisdom and calm before such a requirement
of the Lord Ambassador, responding with much tranquility: "we are going to think."

Eiko has never failed projects that she has until now because the has been able to perform
using their own money, no money from others. Never! But on this occasion, Eiko has suffered
two times of theft and corruption, which has compounded the problem. When you see the
newspaper articles where in Mexico approve of the job of Eiko, and also can you see the
diplomas and recognition that it had obtained from universities, Culture and Mexican
Companies, you can see that it has not been lied, and that Eiko is a woman honorable that had
the misfortune to meet with people envious and corrupt.

With regard to projects that you are doing with her I mention the following:
1.- The draft of the Concert in Japan in this December: because of the problems with the
Embassy of Japan and with the Mexicans, as well as the accident that Eiko suffers, we are
under this situation: We have passed the time limit to coordinate the concert, it is necessary to
"Postpone again," Eiko as responsible very much regrets having to postpone again, but the
causes this leave the control of Eiko. And we do not want a concert done in a hurry and that
would result in something wrong. However, we expect the response on the part of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Mexico in order to resolve as soon as possible the coordination of this
concert. The day of yesterday (October 11 2010) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico was
communicated with Eiko and told him the following: Whereas all the effort that the Center of
Japanese Culture has made in Mexico did everything possible to request the Embassies of the
two countries its support, but the result was not as expected. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
hoped that the Japanese Embassy in Mexico could help, but the response was “NOT”.

That was the last answer from the Embassy of Japan. We imagine that this serious because the
Mexican ambassador in Tokyo, reported that the owner of a company was going to give the
money for the Center, but rather to communicate with Eiko, went to the Japanese embassy in
Mexico for a meeting with the Ambassador. Instead of talking about the support for the Center
spoke of using resources for 400 years. We have the idea that there was a conspiracy with the
Ambassador of Mexico in Tokyo and in Japan in Mexico to those resources be used in other
things and not in support of the Center of Japanese Culture. Therefore, the money waited for
the concert no longer exists.

2.- Invitation to Mexico to Mr. Ohkubo and Mr. Tezcuka: Eiko has a profound thanks to you by
the intention to help, but she doesn't want that you are viewed as part of the corrupt people
that have hurt Eiko and its credibility. That is why Eiko determined not to use money from
people corrupt, and make the effort to seek other support to enable able to invite to travel to
Mexico to you and to Mr. Tezcuka, giving them the place their rightful and giving them the
credit they deserve to projects that had for the Center. It is not only an invitation to visit Mexico
as tourists, but as japanese committed to the international dissemination of Japanese culture.
Although the economic support existed in order to invite, the embassies of both nations were
ordered that those resources disappear. The invitation to come to Mexico is on the part of the
Center of Japanese Culture, not on the part of anyone else, and the resources to bring to
Mexico existed, but because of the large amount of theft and deception that Eiko suffered,
caused such an invitation also be postponed. However, I repeat, Eiko is making extra efforts to
find another way to achieve economic support and able to meet with his word and bring to
Mexico. Eiko at this time is now focused on rehabilitation and enable it to be healthy to
continue with all that she promised. His spirit is extraordinary and is making rehabilitated. His
neck is not well, you cannot have the balance for walking and your wrist does not have a
condition to move well or write. Therefore, we help her now.

3. The great discomfort of the books: Very kindly You accept the things of Eiko (mainly the

with everything we speak mutually between Eiko and Junko of Nara. I couldn't believe. But it
happened. Gonzalo knows everything, he has family of upper class, and his friends are too.

Dear Mr. T. Ohkubo, Mrs. Junko Nohara y Mr. S.Tezuka:
How have you been, all of you?
We hope that you are doing very well now.
First of all, thank you very much for Mr. Ohkubo's e-mail of Nov. 22, 2010.
We've deeply appreciated for having recieved the care about her injury of the
acident when she fell down from the stairs in her house.
Thanks to the Dharma del Universo, indeed, she has recovered
pretty well. So, we hope that she 'll be soon all right completely.
Regarding to the works of the"Japanese Culture Center", we
have finished in the 80 % construction of our "Home Page Web",
so that people can know our activities. In spite of not being
finished to the 100 percent, it's already in the Internet , and
until today we have alreday little bit more than three million two
hundred visiters.
As to the book "Sakichi Toyoda" - the value of the effort -: The
book was digitized in computer and we already have the version
for computer: The same book is translated in English to promote
its publication and to give it as "a gift" in those schools of the
United States and another English speaking countries . Also, for
more smaller children: In order to make for understanding the
history Sakichi Toyoda, through the history is being designed for
a film in 3d for DVD in animates.
As far as her things, she is thankful from the heart for its aid to
Mr. Ohkubo to keep them until now.
Probably she will start to travel to Japan and we hope to be able
to see Mr. Ohkubo & Mr. Tezuka, to express our respect and to
show to you our josb what we have obtained in Mexico.

Primeramente me presento ante usted. Mi nombre es Martin Rivas Ortega. Soy dramaturgo,
Egiptólogo y diseñador de Páginas Web. Y amigo personal de Eiko Fujiwara desde hace diez
años. Actualmente apoyo a Eiko en el montaje de la obra teatral que el Centro de Cultura
Japonesa A.C. estrenará y que trata sobre la vida del Señor Sakichi Toyada. Los miembros del
Patronato del Centro de Cultura Japonesa A.C. y yo, comprendemos muy bien que usted se
encuentra en una situación difícil. Pues, sabemos que Usted y otros japoneses, no pueden creer
las cosas que han pasado al Centro de Cultura Japonesa, A.C. aquí, en México. Por lo tanto,
comprendemos que ustedes sientan desconfianza hacia mi intima amiga Eiko Fujiwara y al
Centro de Cultura Japonesa, AC.

Como mexicano, deseo comentarle que en mi país sabemos que el honor y la verdad, son parte
esencial de la cultura de Japón, sin embargo, debo decirle con pena y vergüenza, que muchos
mexicanos son corruptos, por lo que puedo asegurarle que todo lo que ella le ha contado sobre
las peripecias que Eiko ha sufrido en México, son ciertas, son verdad, le ocurrieron a ella y al
Centro de Cultura Japonesa, A.C.

Desafortunadamente todo es Cierto. Debe saber que Eiko luchó, ante todo, con la envidia y
rencor por parte de la Embajada de México en Tokyo, y por la de Japón en México. Cuando la
embajada de Japón vio tantas actividades que Eiko realiza con éxito, y que ellos, como
representación diplomática no han podido lograr, han creado en ellos ese rencor y envidia. No
pueden imaginar que ella sola haya logrado ese éxito, el cual, en unos días usted podrá ver en
la página web que estoy construyendo para el Centro de Cultura Japonesa. Para la Embajada
del Japón ella no es una persona normal, porque no los necesitó para lograr sus objetivos y
metas. Como usted comprenderá, Eiko y el Centro no pueden hacer nada en cuanto a una
demanda judicial, ya que ellos son diplomáticos, y no representan personas, sino a todo un
país, en este caso, Japón. Por lo que las leyes mexicanas les otorgan inmunidad diplomática Al
Señor Embajador del Japón y al Embajador de México en su país.

Yo tengo amistad con Eiko y mutuamente nos tenemos una profunda confianza, porque los dos
tenemos casi las mismas experiencias. Son muy semejantes. Así como Eiko ha sufrido engaños,
robo y traiciones; yo mismo he padecido esas situaciones con mexicanos con malas intenciones,
que se me presentan con intención de apoyarme, pero que al final, resultan ser lobos
disfrazados de corderos, que solo buscan beneficio personal, sin importar los objetivos que
nosotros planteamos en nuestros proyectos. Eiko y yo tenemos una filosofía muy semejante,
por lo que entiendo muy bien lo que ha sufrido y padecido con muchos mexicanos corruptos
con los que ha tenido la mala suerte de encontrarse.

Eiko está pasando por una situación muy dura y penosa provocada por la presión que la
Embajada de Japón en México y la de México en el Japón, le han ejercido. Y al mismo tiempo
tiene una enorme preocupación porque esa presión ejercida, ha provocado la desconfianza de
ustedes hacia ella, el centro y las actividades que se pretenden realizar en México. Agravando
esta situación el accidente que Eiko sufrió. Aunque Eiko esta rehabilitándose poco a poco, ella
se encuentra muy preocupada porque tiene ordenes médicas de permanecer en reposo, por lo
que, hasta que llegue su total recuperación, tiene prohibido realizar actividades físicas. Y esto
ha retrasado mucho el avance de los proyectos del Centro de Cultura Japonesa A.C.

A causa de las actividades que tengo, por ser director de Teatro, viajo mucho por distintas
partes de la República Mexicana, por ese motivo no había podido ayudar a Eiko, pero siempre
estuve al tanto de los problemas que ella tiene. Ahora estoy ya en la Ciudad de México y puedo
apoyar a Eiko en sus proyectos. Como le comenté, estoy realizando el diseño de la página web
para el centro. El costo de una página web en México, es aproximadamente de $45,000.00
pesos mexicanos, por este motivo Eiko no había podido hacer esa página. La página web, por
ahora, está en construcción y sólo en su versión al español. Sin embargo, una vez concluida la
versión en español, traduciremos a ocho idiomas. Puede usted verificar los avances en esta
dirección: http://www.centrodeculturajaponesa.unlugar.com Entre otras cosas, pondremos los
reportajes que a Eiko le han realizado la televisión, la prensa y la Radio mexicanas. Cuando
estén las versiones en inglés y japonés, usted podrá constatar las actividades que Eiko ha
hecho aquí en México con mucho esfuerzo, a pesar de haber sido engañada, y que le han
robado. Ella no pierde la entereza y sigue adelante porque cree firmemente en el éxito que en
México tendrá el Centro de Cultura Japonesa, a pesar de las adversidades.

Todos los malos entendidos de Ustedes hacia el Centro, hacia Eiko y hacia los mexicanos, han
provocado el descrédito. He intentado explicar las causas que han provocado todos estos malos
entendidos. Sé que los extranjeros no entienden que en México existen muchas personas
corruptas, desgraciadamente es cierto. Así como también le reitero, que todo lo que ha pasado
Eiko es la verdad. Y en mi país sucede aunque estoy consciente que en otras naciones no.
Ustedes van a conocer todo el trabajo que Eiko realiza y que ella ha sido honesta con ustedes,
cuando la página web esté terminada en su versión de inglés y japonés. Sin embargo
pretendemos que ese trabajo sea conocido en otros países, por ello incluiremos versiones en
Español, japonés, ingles, francés, italiano, portugués, alemán y ruso. Espero que con esta
página web, donde daremos a conocer el esfuerzo que hace Eiko en México, sirva para que ella
recupere credibilidad con usted, y que resurja el interés de apoyar al Centro de Cultura
Japonesa. Porque los causantes de que Eiko no haya logrado metas más fuertes son esas
personas que por envidia, le han intentado detener. El Centro Cultural Japonés no pretende ser
un proyecto donde Eiko luzca sola, lo que ella pretende es que el Japón, y su cultura sean
mayormente conocidas y entendidas en su verdadera magnitud y que México abra aun más el
amor que y admiración que sentimos hacia su cultura.

Quiero aclarar que aunque muchos mexicanos son corruptos, hay muchos más que no lo
somos, y que admiramos y creemos en el proyecto de Eiko y por eso la apoyamos. En mi caso
particular, la página web que estoy haciendo a Eiko será gratuita para ella. No le costara
absolutamente nada, porque entiendo que ella no cuenta con recursos económicos porque le
robaron, y la engañaron otros mexicanos mal intencionados. Igualmente, con mis
conocimientos de teatro, estoy apoyando a Eiko para la realización de la obra de teatro sobre la
vida del Señor Sakichi Toyada.

Muchos políticos mexicanos y extranjeros usan su poder diplomático para afectar a quienes
consideran que les estorban, pero Eiko y el Centro todavía están luchando, con el apoyo de
quienes creemos en ella y su trabajo para hacer realidad el proyecto. El Embajador del Japón
en México insiste en cambiar el nombre de Centro de Cultura Japonesa, A.C. solamente porque
él, como representante de Japón en México no ha logrado lo que Eiko con su esfuerzo y
dedicación ha conseguido. Y quiere eliminar el nombre de JAPÓN en el centro de Cultura,
porque él no tiene la capacidad de Eiko, para que los mexicanos sepamos más de su
maravilloso país. Todos los miembros mexicanos se enojaron al saber este acontecimiento. Eiko
actuó con mucha cordura y calma ante esa exigencia del Señor Embajador, respondiendo con
mucha tranquilidad: "vamos a pensarlo."

Eiko nunca ha fallado los proyectos que ella tiene hasta ahora porque los ha podido realizar
usando su propio dinero, no el dinero de otros. ¡Nunca!. Pero en esta ocasión, Eiko ha sufrido
dos veces de robo y corrupción, lo que ha agravado el problema. Cuando usted vea los artículos
de periódico en donde en México aprueban el trabajo de Eiko, y también pueda usted ver los
diplomas y reconocimientos que ella ha obtenido de Universidades, Centros de Cultura y
Empresas mexicanas, podrá usted ver que ella no le ha mentido, y que Eiko es una mujer
honorable que tuvo la mala suerte de encontrarse con personas envidiosas y corruptas. Esto se
lo comento porque Eiko me expresa que el Embajador mexicano en Tokio y el de Japón en
México, ambos embajadores, la robaron. Le quitaron una suma fuerte de dinero que usaría en
el Centro de Cultura Japonesa A.C. y que le fue donada por una empresa japonesa en Tokio.

En cuanto a los proyectos que ustedes están realizando con ella le comento lo siguiente:

1. El proyecto del Concierto en Japón en este Diciembre: A causa de los problemas con la
Embajada del Japón y con los mexicanos, así como el accidente que Eiko sufre,
 estamos bajo esta situación: Hemos pasado el tiempo límite para coordinar el concierto,
por eso, es necesario "Posponerlo nuevamente", Eiko como responsable lamenta
mucho tener que posponer de nuevo, pero las causas que provocan esto salen del
control de Eiko. Y no deseamos hacer un concierto hecho con prisas y que resultaría en
algo mal hecho. Sin embargo, estamos esperábamos la respuesta por parte de la
Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México para poder resolver lo más pronto
posible la coordinación de este concierto. El día de ayer (11 de octubre del 2010) la
Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México se comunicó con Eiko y le dijeron lo
siguiente: Considerando todo el esfuerzo que el Centro de Cultura Japonesa ha hecho
en México hicieron todo lo posible para solicitar a las Embajadas de los dos países su
apoyo, pero el resultado no fue el esperado. La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores
esperaba que la Embajada de Japón en México podría ayudar, pero la respuesta fue
NO.

Esa fue la última respuesta de la Embajada del Japón. Nosotros imaginamos que así seria
porque el embajador de México en Tokio, informó que el dueño de una compañía iba a dar
el dinero para el Centro, pero en lugar de comunicarse con Eiko, fueron a la embajada de
Japón en México para tener una reunión con el Embajador. En lugar de hablar sobre el
apoyo para el Centro hablaron de usar recursos para los 400 años. Tenemos la idea de que
hubo una conspiración con el embajador de México en Tokio y el de Japón en México para
que esos recursos se utilizaran en otras cosas y no en apoyo al Centro de Cultura Japonesa.
Por lo tanto, el dinero esperado para el concierto ya no existe.

2. Invitación a México, para Mr. Ohkubo y Mr.Tezcuka: Eiko tiene un profundo

agradecimiento a ustedes por la intención de ayudarla, pero ella no quiere que ustedes
sean vistos como parte de las personas corruptas que han dañado a Eiko y su
credibilidad. Por eso Eiko determinó no utilizar dinero de gente corrupta, y hacer el
esfuerzo de buscar otros apoyos que permitan poder invitarlos para viajar a México a
Usted y al Señor Tezcuka, dándoles el lugar que les corresponde y otorgándoles el
crédito que merecen con los proyectos que tenían para el Centro. No es solo una
invitación para que visiten México como turistas, sino como japoneses comprometidos
con la difusión internacional de la cultura japonesa. Aunque el apoyo económico existía
para poder invitarlos, las embajadas de ambas naciones se encargaron que esos
recursos desaparecieran. La invitación de venir a México es por parte del Centro de
Cultura Japonesa, no por parte de nadie más, y los recursos para traerlos a México
existían, pero debido a la gran cantidad de robos y engaños que Eiko sufrió, provocó
que dicha invitación también se pospusiera. Sin embargo, le repito, Eiko está realizando
esfuerzos extra para poder encontrar otra manera de conseguir apoyo económico y
poder cumplir con su palabra y traerlos a México. Eiko en este momento se encuentra
enfocada a rehabilitase y que pueda estar sana para continuar con todo lo que ella
prometió. Su espíritu es extraordinario y está logrando rehabilitarse. Su cuello no está
bien, no puede tener el equilibrillo para caminar y su muñeca no tiene una condición
para moverse bien o escribir. Por eso, nosotros le ayudamos ahora.

3. La gran molestia de los libros: muy amablemente Ud. acepto las cosas de Eiko
(principalmente los libros), Eiko jamás ha olvidado esta ayuda que usted le proporcionó,
siempre ha tenido agradecimiento con usted, y no pierde oportunidad de decirlo a nosotros, sus
amigos íntimos. Ha pasado mucho tiempo y Eiko nos dijo que tenía la intención de ir a Japón en
Octubre de este año para hablar de este asunto con usted, pero dados los problemas que le he
dicho, no tiene los recursos para poder ir y personalmente arreglar este asunto con usted.
Ahora es imposible para ella viajar. Espero sinceramente que comprenda que, a causa de los
problemas que ha tenido Eiko, no le ha sido posible cumplir con esto tampoco. Pero, ella no
quiere molestarlo ya, pero le suplica pueda esperar un poco más para recuperarse de su
accidente y al mismo tiempo reunir los recursos económicos necesarios para ir y personalmente
resolver este asunto.
Eiko le suplica que no tire sus libros a la basura, Ella tiene mucha pena con usted, pero necesita
tiempo para poder ir y sacar sus cosas. Y le envía a su esposa una gran disculpa por la molestia
que sus cosas le provocan. Pero ella está trabajando mucho para recuperarse y nosotros
intentaremos ayudarla para que encuentre recursos y poder ir a Japón y agradecer
personalmente a usted y su esposa, la ayuda que le dieron guardando sus cosas.

Por último, Eiko le pide un gran favor: Ella siente que es necesario avisar de todo esto que le he
escrito a Chiyoda-ku, Myougi y nara. Eiko quiere tener contacto con ellos personalmente desde
México y así evitar un gran problema causado por los malos entendidos. Y aunque ella quiere
escribir al Sr. Tezuka cordialmente, Junko de Nara y Myougi sobre todas las situaciones que ella
está viviendo, no pude hacerlo por las condiciones físicas en las que se encuentra.

Para evitar más malos entendidos, especialmente entre Nara, teniendo mucha confianza con
Junko de Nara, hablamos sin dormir muy pero muy francamente todo. Con Junko hablamos de
todo con su hijo. Por lo tanto, para Eiko, fue una gran sorpresa cuando leyó su e-mail, pues,
obviamente había una gran diferencia con todo lo que hablamos mutuamente entre Eiko y
Junko de Nara. No podía creerlo. Pero así pasó. Gonzalo sabe todo, él tiene familia de clase
alta, y sus amigos también lo son. A través de ellos, Gonzalo le comentaba a Eiko muchas cosas
sobre los diplomáticos y políticos. "Eiko, nosotros no somos nada, no podemos utilizar nuestros
derechos”.

Gonzalo, otros gestores y Eiko, queremos realizar el proyecto "Después de 1300 años de Nara
en México", con mucho esfuerzo buscaremos a tener los patrocinios. Entonces, estaba muy
ocupado para realizar los proyectos, Eiko no quiso enviarlo ya que, comprendería mal, por eso,
después con calma quería hablar con ella. El resultado: ya que arriba escribí, estaría muy
agradecida que les avise que sería mejor posponerlo también a causa del accidente de Eiko
Fujiwara.

Le pido a Usted como un encargo de Eiko Fujiwara, como Representante del AICMJ, Tokio que,
considerando todo lo que le he escrito, creemos que sería mejor informarles a ellos de todo lo
que ha sucedido en México. A causa del accidente de Eiko, lamentablemente ella se ve obligada
a posponerlo nuevamente. Pero esperamos que comprendan todas las personas relacionadas
con el Proyecto, que ha sido por causa de todos estos problemas, y no por irresponsabilidad o
corrupción, que Eiko no ha podido cumplir con lo prometido. Les ofrezco a nombre Centro de
Cultura Japonesa A.C. a todas personas de Japón, una gran disculpa.
