Dear Madam,

I would like to address the issue regarding the cheque bounce incident. While the cheque did
bounce, I have cleared the total associated fees. Over the past nine years, I have consistently
settled all the fees owed to your institution. Regarding school attendance, transportation
services for my daughters were discontinued in April 2024 by the school due to an
outstanding balance of Rs. 39,200. Unfortunately, I could not pay the said fees at that time.
This has posed a significant challenge in ensuring their regular attendance. Also, Mrs. Suchita
sent an email stating that my daughter would not be allowed to attend classes until the
outstanding amount is paid.

Furthermore, despite paying the BSU fees for both of my daughters, I have not received the
BSU as they were allegedly adjusted against term fees. However, the payment for BSU was
made separately to the vendor. To date, the BSU has not been issued, depriving my daughter
of the opportunity to study at least at home.

In your communication, you mentioned that my daughters are not barred from attending
school, so why you have stopped the transport facility then? However, I discovered that their
names were not included in the transport list when I inquired with Mr. Manikumar and the
concerned driver. They advised me to contact the School counsellor/coordinator and the
accounts section for clarification.

As per the discussion with the academic councillor and her direction, now I am going to pay
the entire First Term Fees including transport and food for my elder daughter Vanshika
Srivastava, Grade-Xth. As such, I may be ensured that her internal assessment is taken
care and a special attention is given concern teachers, because she is at difficult phase.

I kindly request your urgent attention to these matters to ensure my daughters' uninterrupted
education and transportation to school. I also request you to kindly arrange a meeting on
Saturday on 13/07/2024 with the teachers of Class-X so that meet and request them to
support my daughter.
