Your MyWelcome Journey

You have now completed important initial steps and are ready to move on to the next phase
of your MyWelcome journey.

Through a series of weekly ‘touchpoints’ you will be guided through the first 180 days of your
employment.

Accessing your MyWelcome touchpoints

● You can expect an email once a week to notify you of new touchpoints but can log in at
any time to keep up to date.

● When you log in on the desktop you’ll see an ‘engage’ tab where you can navigate to
your ‘MyWelcome Journey’.

● On your phone; open the navigation bar on the right hand side and click ‘Engage’ then
‘MyWelcome’.

● This will take you to your timeline of touchpoints which will include important
information, training, links to other systems and most importantly where we will ask
you how you are feeling as you settle in and for feedback in general.
