Ahmed is 13 years old boy. He weighs about 78 kilos. He is so fat that


he can’t play or run with his friends. He loves eating junk food. He spends too
much time watching TV and eating salted crisps and chocolate. He usually
eats lot of fast food and sweets.
On weekdays, he eats hamburgers, pizzas and cakes. On weekends,
he has pancakes with honey and cookies. His mother is angry with him. S
she advised him to stop eating junk food and have healthy food like :
vegetables, fruits, chicken , fish and homemade bread. But Ahmed
ignores her advice. He orders unhealthy food every day.
That’s why he becomes sick and lazy. At school, every one begins to
.disturb him because of his weight
Ahmed wants to change his eating habits and starts a healthy balan
