RELEASE, WAIVER & QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Allan Gieboy Bajamonde of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
_____7 Chico Road Potrero Malabon City. _________________ do hereby manifest and declare that:

I have received from Metal-Lite Illuminazione Marketing (“Company”) to my full and complete
satisfaction , financial assistance in full payment and settlement of any and all claims of whatever kind
and nature which I have against the company on account or incident to my employment with the
company and/or cessation of such employment.

In addition to receiving any and all monetary claims due to me from the Company, I also received an

According and consideration of said payment. I hereby remise, release and forever discharge the
Company , its agents and/or representative from any and all manner of action, civil, criminal,
administrative or otherwise, sum or sums of money, accounts damages or claims or demands of any
kind or character or whatsoever, in law or in equity which , I my heirs, successors or assigns, had or
now have or may have by reason of or in connection with arising out of, or due to the cessation of my
employment , or may matter, cause of thing whatsoever, my intention hereof being to completely,
absolutely and finally release the company, its agents, successors and assigns, from any and all
liabilities arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, from my employment.

I likewise hereby release, remise, waive, and forever discharge the company, its agents, and/or
representative from any and all claims and demands, in law or in equity which I, my heirs or successors
had or now have or now have or may have in regard to or as yet known, be work connected or not, and
from any liability known or not yet unknown, whether physical, mental or otherwise.

I freely declare that during the entire period of my employment, I have been paid and received in full
any and all amounts, compensations, allowances, benefits, privileges and the like, to which I was
entitled under all laws and policies by reason of my employment and that should I hereafter be found
to be entitled to any further amount, I herby waive the same, the above consideration being the full
and final satisfaction of any and all such undisclosed claims, and I further declare and manifest that
the payment of the above mentioned amount shall be taken by me, my heirs, successors and assigns as
confessions and or admission of any liability on the part of the company for any cause, demand or
damages against the company.

I acknowledge and agree that I shall keep strictly confidential any publicly unannounced information I
have, or may have, gained regarding the Company, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees,
agents, successors, or assigns on account or incidental to my employment with the company. This
information includes, but is not limited to, all information

in any tangible or intangible form, such as without limitation, oral, visual, audio, those produced by
electronic media, or through any other means, including the contents of this Release. I acknowledge
and agree that I shall not use any such information, and any such breach of confidentiality shall render
me liable for all damages caused by such breach, and company shall be entitled to specific performance
and injunctive and other equitable relief for any such breach in addition to all monetary or other
remedies available at law or in equity.

I understand and acknowledge that I shall be liable for a minimum amount of Php. 50,000.00 or more
should I renege on my obligations, representations and warranties as herein stated. In addition to this,
reneging on my obligations, representations and warranties herein stated shall be considered as an act
of deceit against the Company, its stockholders, officers, etc.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood this document before signing it that the same has been
translated to me in the language/dialect I know and the release and quitclaim hereby given is made
willingly and voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
