Course The course includes the fundamentals of traffic safety education, enforcement, engineering, techniques in vehicular and

enforcement plans and policies for special and emergency traffic situations; methods and procedures in the use of hand signals
and electric signal lights; techniques in accident investigation; determination of reaction time and brake-in-time and
application of scientific aids in hit-and-run cases.
Course Intended At the end of this course, the students should be able to:
