2024: Street Dance and Cultural Competition to be held on June 22, 2024 at Sigma, Capiz

With this, I will allow him/her practicing for the performance from May 24 - June 21, 2024 at
Acbo Covered Gym, Acbo, Sigma, Capiz..

I/We have considered the benefits that my son or daughter will derive from his/her
participation in this activity provided that due care, diligence and necessary precautions will be
observed to ensure his/her health and safety and that Barangay and SK Officials may not be held
responsible for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control.
