Colocation: The practice of renting space in a Data center to store servers
Server: A computer or system that provides resources, services to other
computers.
Rack: specifically designed to hold and organize IT equipment.
Area: an area containing racks, divided into rows and columns.
Location: a unit of a rack.
IP: IPv4 of Class C that QTSC owned.
Context and Problem

Customers and sales staff are using email in communication.


The QTSC staffs use:
− An Excel file to manage customer information.
− A website for IP addresses
− A website to manage their racks.
Difficulty in monitoring support requests.
Lead to inconsistencies, lack of coherence.
Solution

Solution Text: A website application that solves the inconsistencies and lack of
coherence by assists the Sales staff in customers, requests and appointments
management.
The Customer can create and keep track of their requests.
The Technical staff can view the appointments list and execute the requests.

Future Plan
• The website will have Vietnamese interface.
• The IP management can be expanded to manage all classes of IPv4 and IPv6.
• The system will have technical team’s working schedule.
• Adjust the statistics view to enhance the experience.
