The following JE(Sig) in PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+4200 (GP) /Level-6 has been considered suitable & placed on select list
for promotion to the post of SSE-(SIG) Scale Rs. 9300-34800 +4600 (GP)/ Level-7 vide this office memorandum quoted
under reference above, is hereby promoted to officiate as SSE(SIG) in PB-2 Rs.9300-34800+4600 (GP)/level -7 and
posted/retained on promotion at the unit/ station shown against his name as under:-

The above promotion order is provisional & subject to outcome writ petition / cases pending before Hon’ble Supreme /
High court / CAT, as the case may be and also subject to the following terms & conditions.
[1] That there is no any Major DAR/Vig/SPE/B&C case are pending against him.
[2] That has not undergoing penalty of withholding of increment.
[3] That has not undergoing any major penalties.
[4] That he has is not undergoing any penalties of withholding of promotion / increment or reduction to lower stage in
same time scale of pay or reduction to lower time scale / grade / service / post. The concerned unit in charge should
confirm this before implementing the above promotion orders and this office should be advised accordingly.
In terms of RBE No.117/2016, the above promotions to be treated as provisional and subject to the outcome of the
pending contempt petition Civil No. 314/2016 and SLP Civil No.4831/2012.
The above promotion should be implemented within seven days without fail and if he is unwilling his written unconditional
unwillingness should be obtained and sent to this office immediately.
He is entitled for transfer benefits as per extant rules. Rly quarter if occupied by him at old station i.e. SUNR should be
vacated on his relieving on his Promotion.
