RECIPES

CRUNCHY LIGHT AND FLUFFY POTATO SNACKS

Ingredients:

o 3 medium potatoes
o 1 carrot
o 60g easy melt cheese
o 90g corn starch
o 1tbsp spring onions
o 1/2 tsp Salt
o 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
o 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
o 4tsp Oil
o 40ml water

Intructions:

1. First peel Potatoes, ct them in chunks and


then boil them in water for 20 minutes. after
that mash potatoes.

2. Next, Grate carrot and then put all ingrdients


in to a bowl and mix together.

3. A thick dough should form. Take a piping bag


and put dough inside. Make half an inch round
cutting.

4. Now pipe 1 inch sized dough on a tray and


the using hands level the ends. Roll them in
come corn flour and shake off excess.

5. Deep fry in medium heated oil for 5-7


minutes and enjoy hot!!
