there is no refund in case you cancel the trip.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Regarding check in and out.
It is important to take in consideration that check in at most hotels in
Costa Rica is between 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 pm. Therefore, if you arrive
earlier, they will offer the possibility of storing your luggage at the
reception so that you can use the facilities or have a snack in the
restaurant. If the room is ready before that time, they will gladly let you
know. Check out is normally between 11:00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Therefore,
if you have a tour on the day of departure in the morning, we
recommend checking out before the tour and leave your luggage at
the reception.

Regarding selected hotels and room categories:

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we are providing all the hotel´s
websites on the program so that you can see by yourself the pictures
and room categories offered in this program . Once in the country, if
you do not like any of the selected hotels, it would not be possible to
change it without generating an additional cost.

Regarding transportation service:

We offer the possibility of private transportation among destinations with
an English speaking driver just for you group or the shared transfers
which take small groups. For private transportations you can decide
departure time, for shared transfers, they normally offer 2 fixed
departures, in the morning and in the afternoon and there may be
delays of 5 to 10 minutes . (Having this type of transportation will
decrease price of program)

Regarding selected tours:

Tours offered in this program are shared with small group and they have
different schedules which go from early in the morning, middle morning
and afternoon, so you can decide which time you want it but we need
to know in advance.

Payment Conditions: Once you accept our program, we require a

deposit of $1.500.00 with a 15% non refundable from total price penalty
in case of cancellation. Final payment to be made a month before
arrival.
