Dear Maam/Sir:

In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the
Brigada Eskwela Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the
undersigned, on behalf of Botongon Elementary School, is humbly asking for your
participation in the said program which will start on July 22 and ends on July 27,
2024.

Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for the
next school year during the program are:

-cleaning of the school grounds

-painting of school walls
-cleaning of classrooms and office
-pruning/trimming of trees around the school
-renovating broken school ceilings
-repair of dilapidated chairs
-varnishing/repainting students’ chairs and tables
-repair of a makeshift building

It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paint,

garden tools, ornamental plants, and plastic chicken wire. You may bring any of
the tools and materials mentioned.

We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of this endeavor.

This will surely benefit the school community and the community that our school
envisions to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
