We are pleased to set out in this letter of offer (“Letter of Offer”) the terms and conditions on which we are
offering you the aforesaid cash management services and products (the “Services”). All Appendices attached
hereto are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Letter of Offer as if set forth in full herein.

1. Standard Terms, Service Supplements and Country Supplement

Your use of the Services will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Letter of Offer, as well
as the following:-

(iii) klectronic Ban-‐ing Service Supplement
(iv) Eayment Service Supplement
(v) Outward Poreign Telegraphic Transfer (OTT) Declaration

The Standard Terms, the relevant Service Supplements and Malaysia Supplement are available on the
Mayban-‐2k onboarding portal.

Terms defined in the Standard Terms shall, unless otherwise defined in this Letter of Offer, have the same
meanings when used in this Letter of Offer.

2. Services Offered and Preferential Pricing

Kindly refer to AppendiU A for the list of Services offered and its product pricing. Our product pricing set
out is applicable for a period of one (1) year from the date of your acceptance of this Letter of Offer.
Thereafter, the product pricing will continue to apply unless revised by us via a written notice to you.

3. Conditions Precedent

The Services are being offered to you subject to receipt by us of the following documents in form and
substance satisfactory to us:-

(a) a duplicate of this Letter of Offer duly accepted by you uploaded on Mayban-‐2k onboarding portalq
(b) your Constitution or confirmation from the Company Secretary that your company has no
Constitution and Certificate of Incorporation and/or Notice of Registration, certified as true copies
by your director/company secretaryq
(c) an eUtract of the resolutions passed by your board of directors certified as true by (1) a sole
director; or two directors *;Note: Sole director is only applicable for companies with one director.[q
or (2) a director and the company secretaryq or (3) the company, in the form substantially set out
in Appendix Bq and
(d) such other document(s) as may be rexuired by us from time to time.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Por the purposes of paragraph 30 of the Standard Terms, the Governing ]urisdiction shall be Malaysia.

Letter of Offer shall have the same meaning when used in these resolutions.

(2) That it is noted that the Company may in future rexuest Mayban-‐ to provide the Company with other
cash management services (the “Future CMS Services”in connection with the Puture CMS Services,
the Company will be rexuired to eUecute and/or accept certain other documents (the “Supplemental
Documents”).

(3) That it is in the best interests of the Company to obtain and accept the offer of the Puture CMS Services
from Mayban-‐ on such terms and conditions as set out in the CMS Supplemental Documents.

(4) *That the acceptance of the Letter of offer by &&&&&&&&&&&&& for and on behalf of the Company be and
is hereby approved, confirmed and ratified.’ Note: To include if the Letter of Offer is signed before
this resolution is passed.[

(J) That approval be and is hereby given for the Company to accept the Letter of Offer and eUecute all
Supplemental Documents as Mayban-‐ may rexuire for the Services and Puture CMS Services including any
variation, modification and supplement thereto.

Terms.

(9) That a copy of the foregoing resolutions be provided to Mayban-‐ and that the foregoing resolutions shall
remain in force until revo-‐ed by the Directors by way of subsexuent resolutions duly passed by the
