Please remember to receive breaking-in maintenance and regular
maintenance at a maintenance service station authorized by Sany
Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sany) within
the mileage specified by the company in accordance with the requirements
of this brochure and relevant technical data of product (or the Operation
and Maintenance Brochure). This is to maintain the good operating
condition of the vehicle and protect your legal rights.

I. Customer Guide
Dear customers, Hello!
We sincerely thank you for purchasing and using the dump trucks produced by Sany out of your trust in
Sany products. We will provide you with premium and warm services. To guarantee your interests and
maintain long-term cooperation, we specially remind you that:
1 This brochure is delivered with the vehicle as the certificate for the quality warranty of Sany products.
One brochure is provided for each vehicle. If it is lost, it will not be reissued. Please keep it properly.
2 With this brochure, the customers can request for quality warranty services at any maintenance service
station authorized by Sany. After the service is completed, the maintenance service station shall make records
in the Warranty Record Card for future reference.
3 The vehicles of preferential prices are not covered in the scope of application of this quality warranty
brochure. If you have purchased a vehicle of preferential price, the vehicle purchase contract shall prevail.
4 Before the vehicle is put into use, please carefully read this brochure, the Operation and Maintenance
Brochure and other product data, as well as the information of the products from the supporting
manufacturers. In this way, you can familiarize yourself with the quality warranty terms in the product after-
sales service, understand the basic operation and maintenance methods to ensure the safe and normal
operation of the vehicle.
5 The engine maintenance shall be completed by the station or personnel authorized by the engine
manufacturer.

6 After the breaking-in maintenance, conduct operational maintenance and regular maintenance
according to the maintenance schedule. For the vehicles that do not receive compulsory breaking-in
maintenance and regular maintenance, it is considered that the quality warranty right and the right of claim are
automatically waived.
7 Please supervise the breaking-in maintenance process of the vehicle. After the breaking-in maintenance
is completed, the maintenance service station shall affix its official seal on the breaking-in maintenance card.
8 Sany is constantly improving all models. The actual configurations, functions and other information of
the purchased vehicle shall be subject to specific delivery. The vehicle configuration is subject to change
without further notice.
9 All contents in this warranty brochure are the latest at the time of printing. They are subject to change
without further notice in the future. Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final
interpretation for this brochure.

II. Quality Warranty Provisions

(1) Warranty Conditions
1 The breaking-in maintenance and mandatory regular maintenance shall be conducted at Sany's special
maintenance service station according to the time and mileage specified in the Operation and Maintenance
Brochur.
2 The customer must perform regular operational maintenance and regular maintenance according to the
provisions of the Operation and Maintenance Brochure within the quality warranty period, conduct inspection,
adjustment, lubrication and fastening according to the provisions. The vehicle must be operated according to the
correct methods specified in the Operation and Maintenance Brochure. The fuel, lubricant, grease, coolant,
hydraulic oil and other materials must be used as specified.
3 The structure of the vehicle must remain unchanged as it is at the time of delivery within the warranty
period. It is not allowed to process, disassemble or replace the original assemblies or parts from the vehicle
manufacturer or any part manufacturers.
4 If the customer requests for a claim due to any fault of vehicle within the quality warranty period, the
scene of fault must be protected. This means that the original assembly position and the fracture of the
damaged parts, the scene of damage and all other original states that affect the accurate determination of fault
liabilities must be protected. Do not remove or replace them without permission.
5 Please follow the laws and regulations of relevant countries and regions, drive safely and civilized, and
avoid personal safety accidents, vehicle damage or property damage caused by overloading or improper
operation
(2) Warranty Coverage
For any Sany product, if it is used by the customer in strict accordance with the provisions of the Operation and
Maintenance Brochure of the product and the mandatory breaking-in maintenance and mandatory regular maintenance
are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Operation and Maintenance Brochure, Sany will provide quality

warranty for the damage caused by the design, process,

assembly or materials of the vehicle after appraisal and confirmation by Sany or its special maintenance
station within the quality warranty period. Sany will not bear any other related losses except for those out of
the quality fault of the parts themselves.

1 In case of any general faults or abnormal conditions during the operation of the vehicle, if they are not
removed by the customer timely and more serious damages are caused due to the continuous operation of the
faulty vehicle, Sany will be responsible only to the repair the damaged original parts due to the quality problems,
and the customer will be responsible for more losses that are induced subsequently.
2 The following terms are not covered by the warranty service:
3.1 The customer fails to provide a valid warranty certificate, or the original record of the warranty
certificate does not match with the actual vehicle, or the original record of the warranty certificate has been
modified.
3.2 The vehicle has not received mandatory breaking-in maintenance and mandatory regular maintenance
for new vehicles, which is in violation of the provisions on mandatory maintenance by Sany.
3.3 Without the authorization and consent of Sany, the customer has disassembled the vehicle, repaired
the parts or modified the vehicle independently or in a maintenance service provider other than the maintenance
service stations authorized by Sany.
3.4 Various faults or damages caused by operation and maintenance in violation of Sany's Operation and
Maintenance Brochure.
3.5 Various faults or damages caused by impact, burning, scratch, falling off and other issues due to
external factors.
3.6 Parts being damaged intentionally or maliciously due to human factors.
3.7 Impacts from natural environment, such as: Vehicle damage caused by force majeure, including
earthquake, flood, lightning, storm, hail, sand storm and other natural disasters.
3.8 Various fault, wear or damage in case of failure to use the special lubricant, grease, coolant and filter
element specified by Sany.
3.9 Parts and components are damaged due to serious overloading of the vehicle and overloaded
operation of the engine.
3.10 Damage of vehicle caused by the non-original accessories or the accessories that are not genuine
ones approved by Sany.
3.11 Faults are caused since the original structure and state of the vehicle upon delivery is changed, the
vehicle reconfiguration or retrofitting is conducted, or the parts are changed independently without the written
authorization of Sany.

3.12 Faults caused by unreasonable loading of vehicle.
3.13 The quality warranty period is expiry.
3.14 Deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or regular replacement, which is not covered by the
warranty.
3.15 Damage caused by the operation of vehicles under special conditions, such as poor road conditions.
3.16 Damage caused by transportation of corrosive chemicals by the vehicle.
3.17 The customer stops the service personnel from checking and repairing the vehicle normally.
3.18 Vehicles with traffic accidents.
3.19 The lead seal of vehicle odometer is removed or damaged without Sany's permission.
3 For the machined parts directly related to the driving safety, if it is difficult to verify the authenticity of the
cause of damage due to the different service conditions of different customers, Sany will be responsible only for
the service life of the parts.
(3) Warranty Certificate
This warranty brochure and the vehicle purchase contract.
(4) Warranty Principle
Quality warranty is focused on maintenance, supplemented by replacement (replacement of the smallest parts).
(5) Warranty Period and Detailed Rules
1 Vehicle warranty: 12 months or 100,000km,whichever comes first.
2 The quality warranty period starts from the billing date of the first vehicle owner's purchase, and ends on the
last day of the quality warranty period. The actual date of delivery shall prevail in case of special circumstances.
3 Priority principle of warranty period: The warranty period of parts is as described the instructions in the
table Detailed Rules of Main Parts Warranty. If it is not specified in the table, the warranty period of the vehicle
shall prevail.
4 If new parts are required as the replacement due to quality warranty, their quality warranty period equals
to the quality warranty period of the vehicle. Such period shall be calculated based on the driving time of the
vehicle, and it terminates with the end of the vehicle quality warranty period.
