B. SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM RULES
- School and classroom rules should be implemented regularly both inside and
outside the classroom. Learners must have to follow in order to have safe and
sound classroom environment. Permission of parents to teachers to take over
the life and learning of their children during weekdays or everytime learners is
in the school premises is approved by the body.
C. Parents must process as soon as possible the birth certificate of their children most
especially to those students who doesn’t have birth certificate for it is one of the
requirements of the learners upon admission in every level.
D. The HPTA Project agreed by everyone, is to procure two stand fan in order to have
a well and conducive classroom/learning environment. The HPTA President set the
deadline on the 29th of Septemeber, 2023 with a contribution of 80 pesos.
E. Other matters raised by the parents is to support every classroom projects and
activities to the best of their capabilities. Meeting ended @ 4:00 pm.

MINUTES
A. The HPTA Project which was to procure two stand fan met its deadline and out of
29 parents there were 9 that has not paid yet and it is considered due to adversity
that we are suffering, however the classroom treasurer already bought two stand
fan with the approval of the adviser.
B. Parents have already processed the birth certificate of their children and promised
to submit it after they will claim it from the civil registrar office.
C. The adviser raised her concern to parents regarding the academic performance of
their children because few of the learners in the said section have gained slow
academic performance and shown undesirable attitude towards anybody in the
class. The adviser asked the parents if she could imposed rules in which every
situations there will be a corresponding consequences (provide 1 floorwax in every
bad words being spoken). Parents agreed because according to them, it is one way
of disciplining their children.
D. Teachers required 1 big notebook as an acitivity notebook for her EPP subject. The
Christmas Party Celebration was initially being discussed by the adviser and she
let the HPTA president preside the activity and the activities. Meeting ended @ 4:00
pm.

MINUTES
The awarding of certificate of recognition to the honor students was held at the
Buhangin Elementary School Gymanasium for it was also a general assembly meeting to
the parents and teachers and the stakeholders. After the program the parents of grade 5
Sapphire went to their classroom to discussed other matter related to classroom concerns
and more. Meeting ended @ 4:00 pm.

FOURTH HPTA MEETING S.Y. 2023-2024

May 17, 2024

MINUTES
A. There is only one learners with no birth certificate but it is already claimed by the
parents, due to some situations they miss it by putting somewhere or submitting it
while their child was enrolled to other school.
B. Recognition day would be on the 30th day of March 2024. It will start at exactly
1:00 pm.
C. The attire are the following: red t-shirt with or without prints, white pants for boys
and black leggings for girls. A contribution of 10 pesos for the props is approved by
everyone. The teacher did not choose nor force the pupils to join, rather let the
pupils decide wether they want to join or not. Meeting ended @ 4:00 pm.
