Caterpillar/Inside CNC Machinist
Travel Contract - Machined heavy industrial parts for commercial construction, trucking and
agriculture industries. Set up and operated CNC Lathes, Mills, Lathes, and machined parts from
blueprints. Often operated heavy equipment, i.e., forklift or overhead crane to load/ unload
parts for production. Always abided by safety protocols and met tolerances down to +/-0.001.

MANDATORY GROUPING, INC

Responsible for setup and operation of CNC press brake machines. Bending a variety of sheet
metals, bending, folding, offsets, closing. Changed out aging tools, fixtures and offsets. Worked
from layout and work order, created programs and set up machines to produce required parts.
Read blueprints and 3D models to determine product specifications and planned operational
sequences.

Rayco Industrial, Inc.

Responsible for operation and production using CNC lathe. Grooving, Fishing, Threading. Facing
large to small industrial parts. Interfaced with machines to adjust settings or tools, driving high-
quality production. Worked with carbon, stainless, and aluminum materials, structural plates.
Abided by shop and safety protocols daily.

TMI (Caterpillar & Huntington Ingalls)

Worked several travel contracts within the US and Illinois. Mainly assisting companies with
large part machining operations including Huntington Ingalls shipbuilding’s and companies like
caterpillar. Adjusted offset daily based on work orders and changing production needs.
Troubleshot machinery and programming issues to exceed production goals. Checked and
maintained work area and CNC equipment to ensure safety.
