By accepting this quotation, the customer agrees that;

 a. Any unforeseen works or design modifications or parts to be done aside from listed above will be billed and
charged accordingly.
e. Cancellation of P.O.
i. To cancel an Official P.O., please submit written notice duly signed by authorized persons.
ii. For cancelled P.O., customer agrees to pay CLP Industries an equivalent amount of 30% of Total Project Cost
in addition to cost of procured materials. CLP Industries shall deliver all procured materials at customer's site
together with corresponding Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice payable at the same terms of payment
applied in this project.

Penalty for late payment:

In the event that the buyer does not punctually fulfills its payment obligations as specified in this quotation, CLP shall be
entitled to claim a penalty for late payment of 0.1% of the outstanding balance per day the payment is delayed. This
penalty for late payment does not interfere or replace CLP's right to claim full damages and losses caused by the late
payment.
