Subject: APPLICATION OF HEVY DUTY COATING AT YOUR PRODUCTION

AREA

Area: 585 lm.

Ma’am,

In connection with the above subject, we are pleased to offer you the following for your consideration.

I. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Mobilization and preparation of materials, equipments, tools including consumables,

manpower to the job site.
2. Surface Preparation:
a) Preparation of entire surface to be coated by means of power or hand
tool method to remove dirt and loose materials.
b) Cleaning of surface by solvent wiping or industrial chemical or light
sanding to remove contaminants, traces of oils and other foreign matters
to prepare the surface for a maximum adhesion of coating to be applied.
c) Allow surface to dry until no moisture is present to prior start of
painting works.
3. System Application:.
a) Application of HEAVY DUTY EPOXY PRIMER as base coat.
b) Application of two (2) coats HEAVY DUTY floor coating.
c) Cleaning of work area.
4. Clean up and project turnover.
 II. COST OF OUR PROPOSAL: (Labor & Materials)

Cost of our proposal to undertake the above scope of work is P275/lm or a total
cost of P160,875.00 for an area of 585 lm.

III. CONDITIONS OF OUR PROPOSAL:

1 ETHANELI shall supply the following to undertake the above scope of work:
a. Skilled manpower and technical supervision;
b. Waterproofing materials, tools and equipment;
2 CLIENT shall provide the following to ETHANELI during execution of work free
of charge:
a. Water, power and lighting facilities;
b. Necessary permits and gate passes to ETHANELI personnel and
equipment;
c. Space for safe storage of tools and equipment;
3 ETHANELI shall be allowed to work overtime if necessary.
4 ETHANELI shall not be responsible of any delays caused by CLIENT or other
contractor/s during the execution of work
5 CLIENT shall provide a designated area within their premises for waste, dirt and
debris for disposal free of charge.

IV. START-UP / COMPLETION:

ETHANELI shall be given a lead-time of three to five (3 - 5) days to start to work

after award of contract and receipt of down payment for mobilization and preparation
of equipment to the jobsite.
Completion as per ETHANELI and CLIENT agreed schedule.

V. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Fifty percent (50%) down payment after receipt of confirmed purchase order;
balance of fifty percent (50%) based on actual painted finished area.

VI. WARRANTY:

ETHANELI shall guarantee the workmanship for the application of the above
materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion against leaks
under normal conditions. However, damaged done by a third party, act of God, or
other contractor/s or damaged due to high impact, metal abrasion, burns and force
majeure that are beyond our control are not covered by this warranty. This warranty
shall be limited only to the supply of labor necessary to retouch/rework the areas
found to be defective. No other warranties shall be availed to the client including but
not limited loss of time, profit and other incidentals whether express or implied.
