REORGANIZING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION OPERATION CENTER FOR ALL HAZARD
INCIDENTS, RESPONSE OPERATION AND ACTIVITIES WITH SIGNIFICANT EFFECTS AT BARANGAY
(name of Barangay), TAMBULIG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Barangay __________________, Tambulig is steadfast in its commitment to promote and

protect the safety and general welfare of its resident’s and acknowledges the fundamental rights of the people
to protection of life and property;

WHEREAS, RA 10121 otherwise known as Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of
2010 mandates Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (LDRRMO) to establish a BDRRMO Center
in every Barangay.

WHEREAS, Barangay ______________, Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC)

SPECIFIES THE Operation Center facility to support all hazard operations at any level specifically
indicates primary function as central command control, coordination an communication for the incidents within
the barangay area of responsibilty.

NOW THEREFORE, I, (name of Punong Barangay), Punong Barangay of Barangay (name of

Barangay), Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order;

EFFECTIVITY. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
